Nope; you are making that up.

The agreement is only entered into after the auction has ended, and therefore the agreement can only be varied after that point.

And be clear, I am not asking the seller to reduce the money they're going to get (ie. the final bid price), but only for an alternative means of delivery (ie. collection), which is cost-neutral.

    No, I'm not.
    I give up.

I've put my ebay details up here and you have not. You 'boast' about your transactions yet where is the proof. I could have said 10,000 + transactions and be a liar and not post my details. Why not post your ebay ID if you are so sure?
I've already said that my ebay ID isn't any of your business; I'm not going to post it on a public forum.

I'm not boasting about my transactions; I'm simply questioning the validity of your assumption of authoritative insights into the way that ebay works, by contrasting your level of experience with mine (I've been a member for longer than you and have significantly more experience based on my transaction count, both in purchases and sales - of which you have zero).

I don't need to give proof; you can accept the numbers I've given or you can call me a liar, which if you do then I'll have nothing more to do with you.

Why did you not request that you pick up the item before bidding?
That's irrelevant; my request was whether I can post a comment in the case on ebay, not an invite for comments from ebay relative newbies.

Nobody other than me has had the balls to post their ebay ID

    Bit crazy to do that?
What is it, who can p!ss the highest or something?
Opens one up to all kinds of problems, very unwise.

You can't mutually make an amendment to an agreement which doesn't yet exist; that's simple logic.

    Good.

Honestly? You're saying that? This is MSE. Have you never dealt via ebay as a shop window, but dealt outside of it?
    Shame on you.

My rating is "X" ... do you really think I've only sold "X"?

I truly cannot make head nor tail of your post.

What part of Prowla's posts strikes you as rude?
He's not causing fuss ... the seller is. They need only respond.

Why don't you go back and read my very comprehensive posts?

Prowla went about this wrong from the start, therefore it is his bad.

    I'm tired, night all! :hello:

No, probably not. You're obviously an ebay drone and living in an enclosed box. I hope you enjoy your experience with them.

Nope - I've asked the seller a reasonable question and am awaiting a reply.

So I'm an ebay relative newbie why? Been a member for ten ish years or so...? You?
