    So you think the OP should carry on paying for as long as he lives with the mother then even if his son is working or not!!
  • I think you should stop payment. He's 18 and if he decides to go back to college then you can pay for what he needs as and when. If you continue to pay regardless, this will act as a buffer to slow his mind down in coming to a decision so stop payment and his mother will help him to decide quickly what he intends to do.

    This is bad advice. By law CSA maintenance continues until first week of September (the actual date can be obtained from CSA)
