ETA:
Just gone to get a CD to listen to and DD has re-arranged them all into alphabetical order instead of my "easy listening", "rock", "Other compilations", "Seasonal" sections which were alphabetised then I'd sorted them into "listened to recently" (very top of the pile, in alphabetical order by artist) and "not listened to since July" (still sorted into different genres) which is how I purge my collections once a year :wall: Oh well, I'll have to start over and purge at the end of the year instead. To the kitchen!Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

Welcome back CY and MissHiggerty
Three airers stripped of dry washing and folded; non ironing already away and the ironing in the basket for later. One load in the WM and the second primed and ready, still struggling to get the stain out of DH's newest work shirtI've flung everything in my arsenal at it but no luck thus far.
The boiler repair man is due this morning although it seems to have stopped leaking on its own?! I think the problem might be the constantly leaking overflow from one of the flat above, it's dripping onto the boiler vent outside the building and I think it's running down the flue and making its way back into the boiler. We have reported the leak to the management firm and spoken to the residents in both flats but they're both saying it belongs to the other flat  it really needs sorting ASAP as the damp in spreading up the exterior wall above the damp course and we're going to end up with mould problems in the kitchen and bathroom if it goes in much longer. The joys of living in a block.
As soon as the WM is finished I'm mopping the kitchen and bathroom floors. I also have some phone calls to make that I'm procrastinating over.0 -
