Just wanted to update. I have finally reached a size 12
So have lost 2 dress sizes!
But only lost 11lbs in total. Not sure why/how, but i am really pleased.
I still have a bit of a belly, so going to concentrate more on diet than exercise now. But happy to stay at a size 12.0 -
It's not exactly rocket science. Muscle is more compact than fat, hence losing dress sizes even when the scales stay the same. Time we got rid of scales0
