Sorry to hear about your Mum Roguey what a difficult time this must be, sending positive thoughts in your direction!
I have some UU but I also have 1 IN
IN - Lancaster Clements Ribeiro EDT - Only £7 from TK Maxx clearance and it smells lovely and summery so I just had to have it
UU - Charles worthington balancing act shampoo - WNBA - didn't do a bad job at all but nothing spectacular. Have had this for ages languishing in the back of the cupboard and since i've been having my hair highlighted/coloured it isn't that greasy anymore so didn't really need it.
I'm also attempting to GA a load of my eyeliner pencils and a couple of other make-up bits to the girls at work tomorrow...we'll see how many come home!
Also hugs to you Nillionaire that must have been a very traumatic experience for you and your housemates :-/
Glad to hear you're excited about your new degree in September though...what are you studying?0 -
Wow, so much catching up to do, where to start...
Sorry to hear of the tough times some of you are going through.
roguey and nillionaire - how horrid, poor you. I hope your Mum gets well enough to leave hospital soon roguey, and perhaps this will be a wake up call to her. Please don't blame yourself. nillionaire, what a shock that must have been, I hope you're getting any help you might need to deal with it.
FizzWizz and city_girl - sorry to hear about the parenting woes, I can't attempt to understand, as a non-parent, but sounds hard work!
wondercollie, clutterfree and VALM - lovely to hear from you again.
maddimay - belated birthday wishes, I hope you had a fabulous day and were spoilt (sounds like it!)
And last, but certainly not least - Sam.4000 - thank you thank you thank you - made my day hearing about your tortoise and loved the picshe's amazing and I now want one more than ever! Feel free to send him in the direction of my vegetable patch if he ever gets too naughty for you (sure my DH would be thrilled...!)
Welcome to allie23 and jeppy - this is a great, warm and supportive thread, I'm sure you'll love it too.
Right, onto my UUs:
24/142. Aussie Luscious Long Leave-In Conditioner 250ml - WNBA but would use if gifted (as this was) - it's not enough for my hair as a standalone but ok for an extra conditioning boost.
25/143. Sanctuary Body Scrub 200ml - WMBA, I have a few others of various sizes stashed and then will either use S&G or exfoliating gloves. This used to be my HG but it just doesn't cut it for a deep scrub and I use loads so ends up veing poor value.
26/144. Elemis PCMC 30ml - boooHG, WDBA but none left in stash and I'm reluctant to shell out for this (usually wait for a good GWP deal) so moving onto a L'Occitane Divine Cream which I've had for over a year.
27/145. TBS Rainforest Balance Conditioner 60ml - WDNBA ever - made my hair so knotty!
Exciting times - am very close to graduating in shampoo and conditioner!

Sundaysgirl - I got very close to graduating in shampoo and conditioner too, then took a little step back when I had coloured highlights put in my hair and bought a large bottle of Tresemme for coloured hair. I had my highlights done in "Magena Magic" just over a week ago, but for some reason the colour has not taken this time and just have some elegant mauve streaks in with the grey. It look OK, but not the efffect I was after, but my hairdresser is re-doing it on Thursday free of charge.:D
I have just used Divine cream and thought it lovely, but too expensive for me as an everyday one, a little goes a long way though and the SA told me to warm it between fingertips and then apply to face.:)The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -
nillionaire - I missed your post and didn't know what everyone was referring to, how awful for you all.
Welcome allie and jeppy.
I have no uu to report and will end may on 27 uu and 2 ins, neither in was paid for so a good month I think. I was hoping my Body Shop Shea Beautifying Oil would be finished last night but it just goes on and on, it is lovely but I'm not a body oil fan really.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Hi Ladies,
Hope you have all had a good weekend and big hugs to those who need them. Also ordered a full sized Laura Geller Bronze & Brighten as I've been waiting for them to restock these. Have gone for the fair option but still not sure whether to keep it. It gives my skin a glow but no colour. Am a bit worried if I go for the medium though that it will give my face too much colour and am not sure I can be faffed with ordering another one anyway.
Valm I use the Balance & Brighten in Medium but I tried the Bronze and Brighten in Medium but it was far too dark, made me look really grubby.
I have 3 UU's from the weekend, 2 bath bombs from Lush and something else which totally escapes my memory!!!! I've put it on my phone (which I've managed to leave behind!) so will update when I have the info or my memory starts working again!
Hair Dye!!, It was Hair Dye!!!!!
Have a lovely day

A few OUTs to finish the month.
UU #111 and #112: Aldi Fruity Family Shower Gel 300ml; decanted these into DH's big bottle.
UU #113: Ikea Family Handwash 500ml; loved this because of the red bottleI've had this for years and had intended to keep the bottle to refill but it's looking rather shabby so in the bin it goes.
TA #15: Garnier Eye Roll On; this did absolutely nothing for me, despite using it every morning this month. Fling!
TA #16: V05 Mega Hold Gel 30ml; didn't like this in my hair, kept it for DS2 but he's growing his fringe out so doesn't use gel anymore. Fling!
I'll find my PP list in a minute but I'll warn you, it's rubbish. I think I have only managed to get rid of two products and they both went in the bin
Listen to this though, I went into Boots today and bought nothing :T I'm still firmly on the naughty step but at least I haven't prolonged my stay0 -
Notice how I waffle just so you might not notice my purchase?!
IN #51: Rituals Himalaya Wisdom Salt Scrub 265g; This is the old formula and I prefer it to the new one. They're heavily discounted to clear the stock so I feel vindicated. I'm not sure all of you would agree that £9.60 for a body scrub is a bargain though
I noticed! But then again, maybe I wouldn't if you hadn't emboldened the purchase! Think you're getting too comfy on that naughty step FizzWhizz. xSundaysgirl wrote: »26/144. There's an Elemis TSV coming up some time next week on QVC and it contains a pot of PCMC. From memory (for these details look on shoppingtelly.com) the kit also contains PC cleasning balm, Frangipani shower cream and the new body lotion.
I realise now that I forgot to mention when I posted yesterday that MrM was lovely a couple of weeks ago and bought me 2 x pots of special edition PCMC so I should hopefully now have enough until Christmas. I wouldn't have bought this TSV anyway as I'm drowning in Frangipani shower cream and was not mad about the cleanser.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Thank you. I think I'm growing to like the fair one now. The only other time that I have owned the Bronze was when I bought it in the US and for some reason (probably EU rules) QVC UK don't use the same grading for the shades. Come to think of it the last time that I bought it I don't remember there being a choice.
Blimey, last day of June. I really had not realised!! Time to turn over the Olly Murs calender at work tomorrow. Quite a nice photo for next month of Olly sitting atop a pile of suitcases. No hat again either.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Nooo, don't say that, this is what I'm worried about! *resolves not to buy an industrial-sized shampoo or conditioner* I currently have three minis of each and have planned to use one set before repurchasing full sizes - the other two I will keep for upcoming weekends away/gym as hate having to buy minis - such poor value.
Your hair sounds lovely, by the way. Not sure I could get away with that for work so lucky you
Thanks also for the Divine cream tip. I'm feeling pretty ashamed that this has been stashed for so long - I checked and it costs £72I think I bought it, but moved onto PCMC once my other cream had finished and then never looked back! I've used samples of the DC and quite liked it so will see how it compares over longer term (I have 50ml so should last me for most of the rest of the year). Would really like to find a cheap alternative to the PCMC, which this most certainly is not!

Thanks VALM - tempted but going to give this one a miss. Need to remind myself that good offers always come around again, and I don't *need* to replace the PCMC. I like the frangipani, but have lotions aplenty, and my cleansing balm barely has an impression in it. Hopefully something like this again nearer Christmas, there usually is.MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0
