The VERY LAST thing to do is tell Excel who was driving (unless you've already handed them that).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Unfortunately I guess, it's detailed in this thread that they know and why.:beer:0

OK, as you can tell I never go back and re-read threads with sixty odd posts!
In that case, then a description of the mitigating circs is OK but I would combine it with a Gan letter to show you are not a victim to be picked off in court. Robust responses from assertive people are best and seem less likely to be picked to proceed to court, in our experience.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

After being on the other forum site I've been advised to send a copy of the LBC you did for me in post #5 along with a note .
I advise you to read the contents of the attached Letter Before Claim sent 2 years ago to your client as well as to their agents at the time
AS this may be a genuine mistake on Excels part in instructing you, I give you one chance to respond to confirm my details will be removed from your systems and you will cease processing my data. If you or your client continue to harass me over this spurious charge I will initiate legal proceedings with no further notice.
Would appreciate opinions before sending.:beer:0 -
Got a reply from bwlegal today dated 21st September.
Just says they acknowledge receipt of my letter and have been instructed to proceed with further recovery action should I not pay in 7 days.
Very short letter, signed by B W Legal himself!
Guessing I do nowt:beer:0 -

should I ask for an explanation of their decision?
Or could I make them an offer to pay for the 17 minutes I was parked?
I feel a little lost at this point:beer:0 -

Having looked through your thread, may I suggest that you firstly send a complaint directly to the SRA regarding BWLegal that they ignore you, make threats and menace you, certainly with their assumption that you will lose because of Beavis.
The SRA are very aware of the bad behaviour of BWLegal who do not ahere to the principals of the SRA.
Then a reply to BWLegal.
Further to my recent correspondence with you.
You refuse to answer my questions and continue to threaten me.
Therefore, you have given me no option but to report BWLegal to the SRA which I have done.
The claim you make is now on hold until I receive a satisfactory reply from the SRA.
Be advised that if you ignore this letter as well, and continue to threaten me, a further complaint will be sent to the SRA.
All correspondence relating to this will be made available to a court0 -

Same as all the other BW Legal threads. BW Legal proceed to court papers if people go quiet. So, don't be quiet.
Complain to the SRA and CSA and write back to BW Legal, same as you will find covered on probably a hundred similar threads (even more on pepipoo which is back up and running):

It is just a matter of copying and adapting something another poster has written already. And there are examples of a strong CSA and SRA complaint here in LoveNorfolk's thread.
When people say they are lost I always suggest reading more threads, do a search for 'BW Legal'. Everything, from responses to complaints, has already been covered more times than we can remember this Summer.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Had the confirmation letters from CSA and SRA and surprisingly another couple of letters from bw legal dated 30th September an exact copy of two letters the sent me on 29th June, don't really understand why.
One is telling me excell have passed the matter over to bw legal and the other is telling me to pay up in 16 days or we'll take you to court.
