Forgot to mention, I received a voucher in the post this morning from boots. It's for 75p off any soft and gentle deodrant. I think there is a 50p voucher you can print off (mentioned on the voucher forum) which you might be able to use together - all depends on SA of course!

Princesskerry,

Sorry to hear you're having such a bad day. I'd just leave it until after you've had the baby and check your points balance (they will appear pending online). They have records of your order and i'm sure a more helpful customer services person will sort it all out for you. You should be able to return the damaged item but I think they ran out of yoga mats. Your new baby is the most important thing for now. Best of luck with everything,

Sezz

Hi all, I'm after a bit of advice! Unfortunately, my Maxi Cosi Tobi car seat is faulty and after a discussion with Customer services they are happy to replace, however, I can't wait the week for them to collect and resend, so the guy suggested I purchase another one online, then get the refund for it when I return my current faulty one back.

Question: Do you think it would be really cheeky to use a points code when ordering the new car seat?

Princess Kerry,

btc.cshelpdesk_team@boots.co.uk

I recently had a problem getting the correct points on my advantage card for an order and had to email 3 times before I got a response, however when i did get a response this link was on the email in case i had any more queries. Dont know if this is the one on the website anyway or might get you through sooner - maybe worth a try.

Sorry that you are not feeling too great, good luck with everything.

princesskerry,

plaese dont worry about it like was mentioned earlier your family are the most important thing now, and as much as we love boots its a company not our family!

i suggest you write an email or letter demanding refund/replacement for the damaged toy and missing item. Explain that the person you spoke to didnt seem to care and upset you at this demanding time, if that does not get you anywhere then its disgusting!

hope you feel more positive tom
now rest plenty, relaxing baths, keep fluids up, light diet, fresh pineapple juice, hot spicy food positive thoughts and you will avoid induction of labour and have you baby, if you can give birth and cope with pregnancy boots customer services will be a 'push'over!!
