They should show up straight away on your receipt. Was it the second time you had used the coupon as I had problems earlier this year. My points weren't added on my second use, so I made a fuss in the shop. The SA insisted they had been added when clearly they hadn't and he made me feel like an idiot even though I was right. I contacted customer services in the end and they added the double points manually.

    Hope that helps. :o

Duh! I'm sooooo stupid and blind. I've just looked at my receipt again, and the double points are there. I was so flustered in Boots last night, that I must have read my receipt wrong. Thanks for the reply though Babafette.

    Morning merry Bootsers!

Am off to Oxford to visit friends for a couple of days. One of them has announced she's expecting in November so I will be attempting to initiate her into the art of the baby Boots! She's already 5 mths or so so is she too late to sign up? Just think of all the freebies she might have missed already??? EEeeeek.

And yes....I will be paying the Oxford Boots a little visit so please say hi if you're in there too.

I'll be in there - as always! They are currently moving stuff about upstairs though so large parts of the upstairs are empty  , but some reductions on toys and baby clothes, plus also on swimware. ACMs are by the escalators (one at the top, one at the bottom) and at the bottom of the stairs at the front and all were working this morning.

Hope you have a great time in Oxford - it's a lovely city and there is a lot to see.

yeah, i just asked them to scan them both "just to see" it worked - i got the points from the 100 & the 75!
    Hi punkrjb

She wasn't willing to try and then another SA backed her up too, they were both jobsworths. I may give customer services a call and complain and tell them I'm not happy being embarrased like that, see if I can get some extra points out of them!! :rotfl:

  • I have used 3 in one tranasaction, I just ask them to try & most of the time they will.

    Thanks Princessmoneysaver

That's decided I'm ringing Customer services to complain. I was doubting myself and thinking maybe I hadn't done it before and not like me at all but I was feeling like I was kicking up a fuss over nothing when usually I wouldn't care!!!

    Hi,
It is not the first time this has come up... amd I'm getting confused. With my card I only get one type of points with £10 purchase and I print several and use them in different transactions. I've never received different points with purchase (75 with £10 and 100 with £10). So can I present more than one copy per transaction of the 75 points for £10 transaction? Or do they have
    to be different?
    Thanks.

    Hi pcg2001

Some AC machine give different total spend points than others the 100 points is related to the (Beach Gorgeous) I think promotion.

You should be able to use two different points vouchers, but I had an eagle eyed assistant

    I hope this helps

Was just suggested to me to post this voucher here as you can use it in Boots to get 50p off Palmolive Eden (normally £1.25?) so a pretty good saving!

For a printable voucher for 50p off the new Eden antiperspirant, click below and go to "Free Treats"

    http://www.escape-to-paradise.co.uk/Eden_Microsite.html

After filling in your details they will give you a link to download and print the 50p off coupon.

    Enjoy!
    -x-

PS - As I am at work I have not had a chance to test this yet, however they can email the link to a home email adress for you, so I will try later :)
