    Morning merry Bootsers!

Am off to Oxford to visit friends for a couple of days. One of them has announced she's expecting in November so I will be attempting to initiate her into the art of the baby Boots! She's already 5 mths or so so is she too late to sign up? Just think of all the freebies she might have missed already??? EEeeeek.

And yes....I will be paying the Oxford Boots a little visit so please say hi if you're in there too.

    Overcharging

I was overcharged on 2 items by £1 on each on saturday, rang them up and they said they would refund me the £2 next time I was in store.
Do Boots give anything extra like extra points for the mistake - like Asda's £2 voucher policy.

  • Hi guys

Just a quick question. I used a double points voucher (from recent mailing) yesterday in Boots, but the double points didn't show up. Only the normal points did. Do they add on the double points later?? If so how long do they take to be added to your account?

They should show up straight away on your receipt. Was it the second time you had used the coupon as I had problems earlier this year. My points weren't added on my second use, so I made a fuss in the shop. The SA insisted they had been added when clearly they hadn't and he made me feel like an idiot even though I was right. I contacted customer services in the end and they added the double points manually.

    Hope that helps. :o
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/
