Got sent home from work early tonight, so what i saved on taxi fare i used to pay for some YS goodies in the Co-op ... lots of bread, brioche and a few cakes, Sunbites on offer (my faves at the mo), and fruit reduced in M*rrisons, which was then further discounted by a £1 for the fruit offer that's currently running. Plus, water and full price fruit.

Am like one or two on here and trying to decide what to get if I manage to pick up some of the vouchers for meat next week - am thinking rump steak, lamb chops and then maybe pork loin or similar.
Think it will be a case of going there first instead of last when we go shopping.
Spent just £4.41 today as didn’t need potatoes in the end.
Brought some spinach the other day and cooked with it today (if you can call wilting spinach cooking it)
I did spinach, tomatoes on the vine, mushrooms and poached egg on toast with chives scattered over the top. It was delicious and will be having it again.
