Hello everyone
Well I have broke my nsd run last night. I was going stir crazy not having fresh fruit and veggies but I didn't do too bad as I went to a$das after 6pm and picked up loads of ys, so in the end I spent £26.80 and that included ys bread and rolls and a few toiletries as well as fruit and veggies, the only things I forgot were milk and fresh herbs but I will get those as I need them.
So in the end I managed 11 nsd, which has made me so happy!!!
So I will have to see how much of my £40 I will end up spending as I have another 2 weeks go. I budget weekly as I get paid 4 weekly and allowed myself just £40 for the 4 weeks as I have such a lot in.

And it still isn't month end for me yet. Will need salad and milk by the weekend at the least.

Oh dear, haven't posted since week 1 as work went :mad::eek: mainly due to someone totally taking the mickey with sick leave. I have kept all my receipts though!
I was worried I'd gone way over as went camping last weekend so took a bootfull of BBQ stuff, wine and carb! This week I've done another massive shop as we have 8 over for dinner on Saturday night. Luckily, mainly due to a tiny spend on week 2, I am still way within target at £288.01.
I need to find a missing receipt, but it's for under £15. Then got to get the last odds and ends for the meal and I'm done.
I've been far more organised with my shopping now I'm back on GC. Had always had my list running so have avoided those top up shops (or chocolate buying opportunities as I like to think of them), and have spent mainly at lidl and aldi.
Hope everyone else has got on wellMake £2020 in 2020 £178.81/£2020

You'll have to upload it to somewhere like photobucket first, and then use the code from there to embed it into a post on here. But watch the size - without editing to shrink it a bit, some photos (as taken) are a bit big when posted on here which slows the page load time for everyone (especially noticeable to those using phones or other non PC/laptop devices).
Thanks anyway.Grocery challenge-

Ooh! That sounds complicated! I don't know how to do that. Never mind. I was just going to add a photo of the spiders we had for dinner! Stole the idea from someone else!
Thanks anyway.
That was my idea!! They're such a good dinner, aren't they? I always found, when my children were younger, that if a dinner was called something special they'd eat it much better.
We had fish and chips tonight from the chippy as I had a mega day and don't get home until half six. Was not going to start cooking then, as their bedtime is half seven!!!

Ah! Well thank you very much! I cut each sausage in four lengthways to make the legs, a dollop of mash for the body with two pea eyes. All sitting on some spaghetti! My two boys loved them. The only complaint was from my husband who asked why he had sausages and mash instead of spiders! They never grow up!!! Lol!Grocery challenge-

Hi all
Last day of June for me, finally!
Had a nice tea today - the last portion I froze of a random thing I made up a while ago, it was veggies like peppers, courgettes and green beans and coconut milk and jambalaya sauce. Really yummy! I had it with spaghetti
Heading over to July - I declared the other day!
Hope everyone does well for the rest of June
