    I've been Money Tipped!
Joining the party a bit late this month, life keeps me busy!

My budget for the month is £52 week/ £208 month
Didn't do too badly with it last month, even though I went slightly over, it's still much better than I usually do.
Spent £53.10 on groceries delivered this week. It would have been less had they sent the size joint of meat I'd ordered rather than a much bigger one!
Never mind, I shall try to make up for it next week.

Hello have been reading through the posts and would like to join you if that's ok. There are 2 of us and a dog. Am aiming to get to £150 a month. Did try a few months back but think my target was a bit unrealistic, so have put it up by a little.
We are growing a lot of veg well trying at least, and am eating a few bits from the garden so far. I have also made a couple of loaves, but need to get into a routine for that.
Have also taken advice from the posts and slept receipts and am keeping a tally. So fingers crossed for success.

Big shop today, £23.16, but that did include 3 for £10 on meat, so I got 6 pork chop loins, 3 large chicken breasts and a huge lump of beef steak that i can cut in half for 2 meals.
That should all last me the next 2 weeks, so hopefully it will just be fruit & veg top ups.

    Hi all,

Quick update, OH spent £4.99 on porridge, milk and a few other bits in the last 2 days so still on 2 NSDs. Signature updated. Hoping not to spend tomorrow or Saturday and do the main shop Sunday.

Been enjoying the batch cooked meals, so nice to get in and have easy, healthy food waiting for me!

    Night all.

Good morning, going to have a nsd today as I am shattered, been on nights so no inclination to go out and dont need anything. Yesterday we went to Macro and bought large pack of chicken portions which I split and wrapped individually and put in freezer and a huge bag of yorkshire tea bags which were 12.99 for 1200 which I thought was a really good price and they will last till next year, went to Sainsbobs as I had a voucher for £4 off a £20 spend, bought son an England t shirt as part of his birthday pressie and lots of veg, sausages. bread etc, Made myself frittata for slicing up when hungry(I am low carbing) and used all the veg in botton of fridge, today for lunch I think some hm burgers from freezer with salad. Will update signature now, have a good Friday everyone.
