Caring is a part time job. There is no obligation to meet national minimum wage.

Except, it's not. Unless a minimum of 35 hours per week is part times?

this is a benefit advice forum.
it isnt the place for opinion or discussion. it is a place for FACT.
    something you know little about

Again, a very personal comment. You dont know me to judge what I do not do not know about facts. You are now being defamatory and are insulting my intelligence. Nowhere have you proven by any sort of 'fact' that I was in the wrong, in fact to be quite honest I dont even know what you are on about by now.

I don't know, not all disabled persons need care full time. Who are 'us' by the way?
    youre backtracking.
you say ' not all disabled people need full time care'
your previous post said 'caring is a part time job'
not some caring is part time but 'varing is a part time job'

I am absolutely right when I say not ALL disabled people need full time care.

Yes, caring IS a part time job if the person does not require full time care.

How or where am I wrong? Actaully dont answer that. I don't wish to hear your opinion as you have deeply upset me.

i never said you were wrong. just that you dont know the topic we are talking about.
for example, you thought you could go into a care agency and receive 35 hours care in exchange for carers allowance.
not a crime, but clearly because you have little knowledge of the topic.
clearly the OP is seeking help and that is probably best left to the people that know how the system works and what the various benefits are and how and when they are paid

    Yes indeed.

However as we all know an employed care worker could be part time on 6 hours a week and earn the same amount.

Hence why it tends to be in the majority of cases family or close friends who become caregivers in receipt of carer's allowance. I think we should use that term as mentioned in a post by someone at the beginning of this thread. To avoid confusion!

Look, UNDERSTAND THIS FACT: I have a right to my own opinion. I have an 'opinion' and when I give a fact I follow it up with reference. Sometimes I ask a 'question'.

How on earth does this make me 'ignorant' or qualify for abusive remarks from you, or gives YOU any right to judge what I do or do NOT know about anything and everything!

What you are doing is getting highly personal, saying its better left to 'us' and trying to gain a monopoly. You are in no way better or more knowledgable than me, and even if you are, it does not matter one bit to me.

This conversation would lead you nowhere.

Part time and full time has no relevance on number of hours. Minimum 35 hrs a week, getting only CA for it, can be termed part time.
