Sorry but that statement about hours are not true, I applied for some positions about Jobs without state hours and adviser looked up Jobs where I applied for and some of them doesn't state hours, any way, he told me on Friday, why have I applied for Jobs that doesn't state hours? he said, what if buses don't run during work hours? and I got told by him, I need to be realistic when I am applying for Jobs.
Believe me or not, that's your choice, that's another reason why he sent my claim to a decision maker as he believes I am not being realistic when applying for Jobs.
By the way, I don't want sympathy from you as I don't even know you, so couldn't care less.
I don't believe for a moment that a job centre adviser would tell you not to apply for jobs if they don't state the hours on the advert. What he probably meant is that you were applying for jobs that realistically weren't going to happen, when there were more suitable jobs that you didn't apply for. And as usual you've taken this and run with it in the wrong direction.0 -
Well Done Burnley Job Centre! Lets hope they continue to keep a close eye on you and your 'supposed' job seeking efforts!
Maybe now without the benefits you have been living on for years (which you clearly feel you are entitled to!) you might go out and find a job!
I am all for sanctions especially when it is clear some people do not want to get a job!0 -

I have been wondering when you would get given a sanction.0

Well I rang the benefits office and got told I have been sanctioned for 2 weeks.
Its a joke, the advisor on the phone told me I can claim Hardship, what's the point in applying? be time hardship is sorted, the sanction will end.

I don't think he would even get a job at McDonalds, as his attitude stinks!0 -

There will come a time that he will have to change it if he wants a job.0 -

Anyone that has been unemployed for three years has little intention of getting a job. I personally think that job seekers allowance should only be allowed to be claimed for 1 year maximum!0
