Heya!
Just caught up on all your news!
Firstly, CONGRATULATIONS!!! Thats is amazing news that it's all accepted and you got such a good mortgage deal I am so happy for you, you must be so exicted!!!
Happy 2nd wedding anniversary I hope you had a lovely day!
And as for that awful man, that is disgusting behaviour. Like said above, I also belive he will get what is coming to him. Shame on the police for not being more helpful what a shame a cop car wasn't driving by at the time to witness him attacking you in that way,
i hope you're OK and not too shaken up. Focus on all the good hat is going on right now!

Hi all!
Thanks for the kind words.
You will all be pleased to know that I have now driven the route that I was attacked on and all was fine! It was a bit of a hurdle for me... so HAPPY I did it. (small victories)
Had a lovely time on Tuesday although feel sorry for DH as he was driving and I got through quite a bit of wine.. friend wouldnt let us pay for dinner either bless him such a sweet heart. Going out again on Sunday with them.
Homebuyers report booked for Tuesday so hopefully that will all go through ok. Its £400 but we should manage that ok.
Sorting out solicitor forms and other exciting things(!!).
This month will be expensive - we've got my Dads wedding, house stuff and lots of travelling around! Plus various annual expenses. But we will manage ok, annual spends are budgeted for and stuff so all good.
Hope everyone else is good?

Hi all been VERY busy this end.... but all good.
We;ve had the homebuyers report back and its all good hardly a single comment! Mum said it was a waste of money then but at £400 - I would rather pay that and know all is well than worry about such a small amount compared with £250k!
Hopefully now solicitor has everything needed to start moving forward towards exchange. I want to move ASAP now. I've emailed her on Wednesday but yet to hear back - don't want to chase too much.
Other moneywise once I become debt free (yay!!) DH has said that I can tick off some of the big spend things I have put off. This includes eye test and new glasses and a new handbag! ( I know I know) of course this is debt free aside from the mortgage hahaha!
Car insurance quote through is only £289 so will check out the online comparison sites but not sure I will get it down much cheaper (direct line are also really good insurers in my experience).
Been using 'monthly' money rather than dipping into annual spends pots for all these additional expenses such as the car tax, valuation, survey, solicitor fees etc just to try and make sure we've got as much ££££ as possible.
We will also be getting £4k as 'spending' money for the new house. We need to do a few bits such as change the shower and I would like to change the kitchen as well as the fact our TV is 10 years old and on its last legs but will try to be as MSE as possible!
Have a lovely sunny weekend all!! xx

So - we've paid the exchange deposit (thats an awful lot of money to send I was worried about sending it over but it was in the account within minute thank goodness).
Fingers crossed his petty behaviour has finished for now.
I am SO annoyed with myself. we have a rental payment period and commencement date. Guess which crazy forgot that we needed to hand our notice in by 22nd May rather than 31st? Yep me. An Extra £490 to pay in rent. I am so silly. Never mind. Plus the council tax and all bills. doubt they will re - let the place quickly either - lots on market much nicer and slightly cheaper! Oh well small price in the scheme of it really.
Hope everyone else is good?? xx

Delays further up the chain in causing me sleepless nights at the moment - they are arguing over the boundary etc etc dull dull dull hahaha. I just want to exchange and sort everything out too. AT least it isn't an issue I got the dates wrong now as we are way past it all anyhow. Grrrr.
Never mind.
Been gyming lots recently all in preperation for father in laws wedding this weekend. I do hope people are kind, I haven't seen many of the since the month after we got married over 2 years ago! xx
