Not only the bad spelling, but the bit about being worried she is with someone else rings alarm bells for me.
Time to take stock and realise you messed it up, give yourself some time away from all relationships until you can put other people's feelings ahead of your own, until that time, you are destined to ruin lots of people's lives along the way.
