An hour down doing stuff and I'm making progress.

    Today I need to :
    - clear the ironing pile
    - finish the last sewing jobs (Securing buttons on a coat belonging to DD and repairing a pair of slipper boots also belonging to DD),
    - clean up DDs custom shoes (they've been drying for a few days so it should be safe for me to attack them now ;) )
    - After lunch get surveys etc done. There's not much in the way of paid work for me to do until Wednesday when my delivery arrives ;)

    This week:
Mon: DD at choir, prep cookery
    Tue: DD Cookery, Pay CT
Wed: Delivery, DD to get main packing done (no time the rest of the week between homework & work), Text cook
Thur: Books & deliveries Thur Evening, school delivery morning
Fri: Bank, errands; DD going away (5pmish)
    Weekend: |DD away until Sun.

    Dailies:

    Dishes [STRIKE]M[/STRIKE] TWThFSaSu

    15 minutes...
    [STRIKE]Clear and wipe work surfaces[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Get that radio on super-blast... [/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Open the windows and let in the summer![/STRIKE]

    30 minutes to spare...
    Sweep and Mop the floor
Clean the drawer from WM WM is on with a load, so I'll do this later.
[STRIKE]Wipe the cupboard fronts, all the appliances and all those manky corners!![/STRIKE]
    Got an hour...
[STRIKE]Wipe the table,[/STRIKE] replace cloth if needed Needs ironing first
[STRIKE]Clean oven/hob [/STRIKE] Both deep cleaned Friday so a quick clean done :p
Pick a cupboard and empty and clean it out and replace only what you wish to keep!
    Extras
    • HHI ..
    • Clean windows and sills
    • Clean the oven shelves.. soak them in wash powder.. that works!
I've also cleaned the bathroom after noticing the mess left by DD in there, which includes mopping the floor (floor wipes on my hands and knees job) after noticing DD didn't clean it on Friday night like she said she did, either that or the thick layer of dust/hair in certain areas has mysteriously appeared over the weekend and not over the last week  Clean towels will go in later when the floor is dry.

Going to sit down now with the sewing repairs and get them done as they won't take long and then thats 2 more things to go upstairs ;)

Hope you had a lovely holiday fbo x

Well. My trampoline buyer: "oh sorry Hun yeah my cards got used online so I've had to cancel them, can you keep it till next Thu Hun?"

Yeah right! Of course they did "Hun" (ugh hate that, esp when used to a complete stranger!

So tis back up for sale.

To cap it all our data team are running late, they sent me a file to check at 11.25 saying it needs to go at 11.30 could I look over it please? In 5 minutes? That's 1 minute per page assuming i can type a response at the speed of light. And there are errors. Their mess, they can fix it this time.

    Gah.

    And breathe! :rotfl:
I'm practicing my new "how to be more effective" plan, it's keeping me focused (so far) think I need to share it with a few colleagues :p

    Right. Back to it

Thanks for the lists :) I had to do my own thing towards the end of last week as had family coming. Got house spotless and have kept on top of it reasonably well so hopefully a fairly easy week :)

    Hi all

I'm in as best I can again this week; I shall just do whatever my aching, recalcitrant bones will allow me to do.

I finally admitted to Mr LW this morning that I actually feel ashamed of what this dratted illness has made of me - a crippled, achey mess who can't even manage basics like dressing myself any more.:( I think it was only lying awake (again!!) last night that I realised it is indeed shame that I feel.:(

Anyways; 'nuff of that. Jasper has had a walk round the field this morning; he made friends with a young miniature Schnauzer named Tilly, so he's happy. Poo suitably deposited in the poo bin on the way home. I've also done some running repairs on his toy pheasant (he's a Cocker Spaniel, so I suppose it's an apt toy :D ) as he'd got the wings nearly off it.

I've also done his postcard to take home; and I want to give him a good brush before he's picked up this afternoon. Once he's gone, I'll hoover (he's scared of the hoover) but he may be late going - the franchisee is meant to pick him up at 15:30, but is driving back from a weekend conference in (I think) Lancaster, so may be delayed.

Luckily Jasper's owners sent a couple of extra meals along, so if he needs to have his tea here, he can.

Didn't get the dirt shifted after all at the weekend - we just ran out of time; but Ellie & Coco aren't coming til June 21st, so we have time.

OK, I'm off to pour myself another :coffee: and get Jasper's brush. Anyone wanna join me? :o

    Hola flyladies :hello:

    I have only one item on my list today;
    • Give DS2 lots of cuddles
He's been to the dental hospital today to have two teeth removed. Given is phobia of dentists and the fact he had to have a GA, he has been absolutely brilliant :A We're back home, they also injected him with LA so he's pain free and we're cwtched up on the sofa together.

Hmm. I'm not doing very well yet!
I have been on facetime to my sister for a good hour so that's taken up my time for a while. I have emptied, reloaded and started the DW. The kitchen is bogging! I have removed 5 large items from the side and put them in the recycling bin too!
    Hope all are well?
