I need to get this done but have the dreaded lurgy so not sure how much will get done!
I've wiped surfaces so far after washing up last nights mess...

I'm going to try and be in this week. I have work all day Wed, probably most of Thurs as well so that means a trip to the bank on Friday. DD is going away for the weekend on Fri, only to stay with ex but she won't be back until Sun so I will have a chance to get stuck into a frog...I'm thinking all the digital photos. If I can get the ones I've already sorted off the laptop then it should make it easier for me to see what still needs to be done. Of course all the paperwork scans need to be sorted as well and thats the bit I'm dreading.

So today, as well as the list, I need to :
- clear the ironing pile
- finish the last sewing job (Securing buttons on a coat belonging to DD),
- clean up DDs custom shoes (they've been drying for a few days so it should be safe for me to attack them now )
- After lunch get surveys etc done. There's not much in the way of paid work for me to do until Wednesday when my delivery arrives

This week:
Mon: DD at choir, prep cookery
Tue: DD Cookery, Pay CT
Wed: Delivery, DD to get main packing done (no time the rest of the week between homework & work), Text cook
Thur: Books & deliveries Thur Evening, school delivery morning
Fri: Bank, errands; DD going away (5pmish)
Weekend: |DD away until Sun.

Wipe the cupboard fronts, all the appliances and all those manky corners!!
Got an hour...
Wipe the table, replace cloth if needed
Clean oven/hob
Pick a cupboard and empty and clean it out and replace only what you wish to keep!

I'll make a start by washing dishes at 9am and then carry on with jobs. I was going to bake some cakes, but I've just spotted how much the ironing pile has grown so I think I'll make that a priority.

Off to do a few bits online then I'm off to the kitchen :wave:

After a long absences I am back. Things haven't been good and the house has suffered.

TD on, other washing on the airer. Can't put the WM on again until DD2 has done her side of the bedroom. There's more clothing on the floor than in the drawers! :eek: And I can tell as the drawers are all hanging open too :mad:
Once I have fed the neighbours cats (7 of them) I will make a start on the kitchen. They're on their honeymoon. I only have to do the breakfast feed her mum does the evening feed.

I'm in too, so off to get started. Hopefully moving house soon so need to get organised

Thanks Natty. I'm in. We got back from France about midnight and the house is like a midden. Managed to clean the fridge before shopping delivery. Why have I never thought of arranging a delivery after holidays before? We have a free SmartPass so I didn't feel guilty about cost. No rushing to the shops for food. Joy.


1st load of washing on. I'm unpacked. Sort of. Great that it is the kitchen today as I can't cook in there at the moment. It's yucky. Thank goodness I remembered to empty the bin before we left.


Haven't been keeping up much so I hope everyone is surviving. I collected a few spoons on holiday so if any one is in need help yourself.

I've had a quick tidy round and S&S of bathrooms this morning, hoovered the LR floor and sorted the washing for 3 x WM shuffle. Stew is in the SC and the DW is on. DD and I are out at our ex-vicars institution at her new parish (travelling on a coach) so need to have early/staggered teas and be organised.

QHI (I'm starting the week with an empty basket so only what is dry today)..

The oven, hob and fridge were done last week and the filters the week before so my list is greatly reduced
