3 loads of WM, all dried on whirley

Under bed dusted and a few things flung

Serious flinging from bedroom shelves. A pair of 32 year old ballet shoes had to go as they were mouldy. Bin bag filled. Charity bag filled. 3 albums of stuff put on a fb sales site.

Ds2 picked up from after school club. I hope he sticks at this one.

Just had some bad new. Friend has had to have a series of ops this year and during one. The surgeon made an error and now she needs another. Please could you send successful op vibes for her. She has 4 children. X

Pigpen, my DD2 had something similar where I tried to make him welcome (she only told me a few months ago, even though she broke up with her EX 18 months ago. )_She felt like she couldn't let the relationship go until she had really given it "a good go" but convinced herself that if she was a better gf it wouldn't happen again, but it did. the little weasel has just made a little girl with a 16 year old (I could've said become a Dad or fathered a child, but that would give some redeeming features to which DD2's EX has none) the poor slip of a girl will have him in her life forever. DD2 is very aware she had a lucky escape, but the trauma still gets to her. Your DD2 has been very brave to come forward and say so close to the event and in time and with the right support from inside and outside the family she will come to peace with herself.

....in the meantime, if you want anyone to help tighten the vice ....

Right, I need to get the rubbish out and get some more done upstairs, get DS's room ready for habitation for the EX as he has his Xrays/MRI etc tomorrow. AAARRRRGH, Procrastination Train has rolled into the Station.....

HHRunning around like a loony anyone?:rotfl:

ps successful op vibes for dancemum's friend......and gentle hug for her family

Oh dear. Few spoons, anyone? :grouphug:

If you sold a collect only item on eBay (only £35) and they buyer still paid by paypal, would you refund and insist on cash? If they are a new account with a score of 2?

Did you say (anywhere in your listing) that you would prefer cash on collection?

The issue is that if it is collected you will have no proof of delivery; buyer can intitiate a chargeback for non-delivery and you will have no defence at all because you won't have paypal-approved proof of delivery.

That is exactly my worry! It did state cash on collection, collection only.

I have sent a polite fleabay message advising I have refunded as its a cash sale, if they'd like to contact me to arrange a convenient collection time that would be great. I've put exactly the same on the paypal refund note.

I've not heard back yet. If I don't get a reply in a few days should I offer a mutual cancellation? It's most annoying, I want the darn thing gone and I've already had someone messing me about on FB selling page.

    Ah well.

Outdoor toys all put away and I've finally put the sign up on the playhouse, it says "fairy garden" I found a wooden painted plaque in h0me b@rgains that matched our colours, and I was going to make a little fairy garden round the back (where nothing grows) :D

DW set going, think I'm off to bed <yawn>
