LW you cleaning your drangon has [STRIKE]shamed[/STRIKE] spurred me into cleaning Ed hes looking worse for wear with a splattering of bird poo (i have an easter island head in my back garden the bird use him as a perch and occasional toilet - today he will get a facial!!;)

Mop the floor
Pick a cupboard and empty and clean it out and replace only what you wish to keep!

Clean the oven shelves.. soak them in wash powder.. that works!

Mad Tuesday - Living room, Hallway, Stairs
Dust those flat fluffy surfaces



Wacky Wednesday ~ Study or other reception room & Bathrooms
Ring someone you love just to tell them so.. we never do this enough!
Clean bath, toilets, shower and sinks
Declutter and dust the pc desk
Wipe away cup rings and sticky things
Wipe the keyboard, mouse, cables and sockets and suchlike.

Clear a hotspot
Wipe cupboards and polish mirrors!

Thrilling Thursday ~ Master bedroom & landing
15 minutes...
Remove and wash bed linen and duvet covers.
[STRIKE]Fling open the window and let in the spring![/STRIKE]
30 minutes to spare...
[STRIKE]Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs..[/STRIKE]
Vacuum & turn mattress before replacing with fresh linen..
Clean lightshade. And remove dead insects
[STRIKE]15 minutes floordrobe clearance [/STRIKE]
Got an hour...
Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
Sort 10 things from your wardrobe (or someone elses) that you can get rid of.. you WILL have nothing left lol!!
Clear a hotspot.. or spend 15 minutes clearing one.
Extra tasks...
37 fling boogie time, go on grab a bag and clear that clutter
Clean windows in these rooms
Clear a box of clutter from the landing
Make any necessary phone calls

Happy birthday to ds2of5 and good luck with the exam!

I'm loving the library renewal service, did it on the phone, and I put it on speaker, the kids think its amazing that the phone knew their names and what books they had!

So, we have them for a couple more weeks which means DS can come to choose his own at half term, and DD and I have one less thing to squeeze in today.

Just lathered him in sunscreen, DD and I are going swimming, so I'll cover her later. Also need to get some bits on way home, friends coming for tea so think we'll have pizza and wraps but I need extra wraps...

Right, off to school we go!

Still no internet.. I have a million things I need to look up, 100's of bills to pay (ok I have 2), emails to sort, birthday things for Fabian and Samuel to order and a million other things to work through. I am looking at uni/college after summer so need to get that done too. I am also looking at a playgroups with a view to taking it over from September .. I am the last resort but it might be fun.

OH too squeak and dot ice skating yesterday apparently they both had a fabulous time and dot, mid-potty training used the toilets!! She'd also did her first poo on the potty today!! Progress!! I need to dig out the small pant for her and buy squeak bigger ones, she has 6 pairs that fit at the moment she has grown 3 inches/9cm since new year!!! Nothing fits!

On with the kitchen and hallway clearance anyway.. I need to get the back room cleared and the changing table sold

Clean oven

Phew, sorry for being off grid all week. Welcome to all newbies.
Sounds like a lot of people are having a really crappy time at the moment .
We're all ok here, just struggling to adjust after my week of on off nights . I'm pooped today so will be going upstairs for a nap shortly. I hope to get everything over and done with tomorrow, I do have some admin to do later though.

Happy birthday to Mumto5's DS2. Very unfair to have to be doing GCSEs.

I can't remember who it was who said to box everything that's in the wrong place when you're starting out, but that's what I do. I currently have nine (yes, nine) boxes stacked in my office ready to be dealt with as and when I get the time. It's a pretty continuous process but (and this is why I believe the system works) I am gradually sorting through an entire house that was FULL of gibble. There are now two shelves, four drawers and two wardrobes in the house that are bulging with 'stuff.' The aim is that eventually every single drawer, cupboard and shelf will have spare space. It's about working out what works best for you when you decide to take control, and boxes are my thing.

Yoghurt strained and boxed, lavender plugs potted up, kitchen tidied, dog walked, fed and dosed up.

Afternoon all

I got completely engrossed in reading stuff this morning so I've got nothing done except a quick run out to make a delivery and 1 load in the WM, Mr A delivery has been and 95% of it is away, there's just a couple of bits that need to go on top of the cupboards so I'll do that in a minute as I need to get the stool out.

Its decided to rain here today (only light showers), so the wash load I've done can go in the dryer as its jeans DD wants for going away tomorrow and bedding, neither of which my airer likes :rotfl: I've also decided that DD can put books out this evening while I make deliveries to customers, it'll stop her being bored & then she will have earned her £5 wages for this last book :rotfl:

I'm going to get on and do both bedrooms and the hall/stairs this afternoon, none of which needs much, but it'll free up tomorrow and means I might just take a leisurely walk to town/bank tomorrow for work. I need ink for the printer as DD has been printing loads of projects for homework again.

If its gone its done or doesn't apply.
