Oatcakes are another good snack alternative to brioche. Maybe with a little cottage cheese. But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

I've just caught the first few posts,so don't know if anyone has already said the following. To lose one pound in weight, you need to eat 3500 less calories. So if you reduce your daily calorie count by 500 (which is not too drastic),in theory you will lose a pound a week.
Also,if you eat because you feel tired or headachey, consider that you might be dehydrated.Maybe all you need is a big glass of water.people often will eat when in fact what is needed is fluids.
I used to feel lousy in the morning,like I had a hangover-except I don't drink.A friend suggested that it might be dehydration-she was right.0 -

Ah..good day today, but am surprised I managed this, i am sure I have not missed any food.
I want to have a warm glass of milk with 2 tsp sugar and 1 broiche : trying to motivate to not have or drop the broiche but I think I have got calorie space, what say you?0 -
If you can stick to 1100 calories a day, the weight will drop off, and after a few days the hunger pangs will go
you have an unusual diet though (vegetarian?)
where did the yolk go
if you like cucumber and tomato, fill your boots!!

2 sugars in tea.., bars of chocolate, lumps of cheese, multiple butter brioche rolls, pizza, milky coffee with 5 teaspoons of sugar before bed
you won't lose weight eating high calorie food.
if you want to lose it fast, you need to be nearer 1000 a day than 2500+ - the likelihood is the 2535 is an underestimate.
1000 calories a day is I healthy for a female never mind a male!0 -
I healthy or unhealthy.
It's called dieting.
It's not unhealthy, and that's why people give up and fail, because they tinker at the edges, don't reduce calories, and give up, or follow fads, or look for excuses.
Celebs in the jungle eat far less than 1100.!!

Wow, just wow
Trust me I've done the 1000 calorie thing, it is not healthy0 -
Trust me, being fat is unhealthy, and 1000 is fine whilst trying to lose it. Most of the extra calories are coming from sugar and chocolate, not the healthiest of foods.!!

Ask any dietitian/nutritionalist and they will say 1000 calories is far too low0

Working out your bmr, factoring in exercise and then taking off 500 for a slow and steady weight loss is best0
