Got a revised copy of my GDAR last Friday. Unfortunately it was for a property in Abergale. Despite numerous calls and emails, I have not received a callback or my proper GDAR.

Finally received the GDAR.
Recommendations:
Increase loft Insulation to 270MM.
Cavity Wall Insulation
Internal and External Wall Insulation
Floor Insulation
Low energy lighting
Fan Assisted Storage heaters
Replace Single with Double Glazing
Solar PV (2.5kw).
I'm not sure if they have missed anything?0 -
Do you guys know if "Room in roof insulation" is the same as loft insulation0

No, I think it's for insulation when you have converted your loft. Such situations require higher performing insulants because there's less room for the insulation.0

By installing:
-external/external wall insulation 75% upto £6000 cashback
-two of: double glazing, cavity wall insulation, fan assisted storage heaters 100% upto £1000 cashback
-£500 having bought the house within the last 12 months
-£100 back for the assessment.
So you should be able to get the full £7600, it seems odd that there is not a recommendation regarding switching to main gas if it is available.
