It's always going to the rout you wish not to take OP and that's all civil communication will cease with "AN" WHEN you take back your land its obvious to many here that they have eyes for the patch, and if that means letting you think you have "the upper hand" and let you fight in words but nothing in action to reclaim your "bit" now they have been doing some research and getting advice most likely will have another go at reclaiming adverse in a year or two after letting you think all has died down and they have given up.
by then they will have everything buttoned up legally that you may not have a leg to stand on when they lock the area off when your out one day thinking all this is over and not going to happen.

coming to an agreement on "letting" the patch to them to use, suggests no interest to me, if it suggests that to me it will to a judge when you want it back but they wont "vacate".

I think you need to take immediate action now with fencing off.

I've explained that I have the deeds and plans and that they are very precise and indicated exactly where the border lies.

If need be, then I will produce the deeds/plans to prove the point. I think possibly they may have gone off on a rant because they weren't aware that I do have that proof and might realise it wouldn't be advisable for them to get me to actually provide them (which I could in literally one minute flat:)).

Ceriwen, its posts and threads like these that make me thank my lucky stars daily that you moved to Wales, pity help all your neighbours.

Ceridwen/Money's writing style is very distinctive. If this had been posted in Old Style or the Families/Relationships boards where she used to hang out before being PPR'd, she'd have been recognised long ago.

OK, I'll ask: what does PPR'd mean?

    Cheers!

I have known for a long time that ceridwen and moneyistooshorttomention are the same person. I guess that I'm not the only one. As Gigervamp says the posting style is very recognisable.

I have no idea who 'Ceridwen' was or the history behind the name change, but what has it to do with this thread?

    Just curious.

Think this is spam - looks like a land registry document reselling site. Reported.
