Morning all - up very early this am - in fact not been back to sleep since nocturnal wanderings at 3:20:o - extra loo trips are the only down side of losing weight!
Have a whole day in today waiting for a parcel to be delivered. Unfortunately they can't say when as would have liked to go to Mr Al*i before everything has gone!!
Managed a quick vac through in my HHC yesterday then was at vol job all pm.
Today's plan is to blitz kitchen and bathroom and do the dusting all through. If time left - shopping and paperwork - mostly for DS but he's too far away to do it:rotfl:
If time must tidy plastic tubs/baking tins cupboard as it gets in a mess so easily - perhaps I'll have clear out while I'm at it.
Also have a charity shop bag to deliver as have decided not to car boot the few bits I have.
Have a great day everyone xxJuly 16 £95/£200
Nov 16 £0/£200

I put a little, and I really do mean little, bit of neat washing up liquid on the stain, spread it out so the whole stain is covered in a thin layer, then leave it to sit for a while (usually until I remember I've done it :rotfl:) and then wash anything oily in the washing machine on its own due to the amount of suds created, no soap powder or anything. Then I just put it back through a normal wash. It usually works for me. Sometimes it takes a couple of attempts though. HTH
Today is a work day. I have lots of paperwork to get through, and already I'm feeling cold so have a horrible feeling its going to be one of those daysWill go change my top and put a hoodie on before I resort to putting the heating on. I hate this damp weather.
Already started the grocery delivery order for Saturday, DD is cooking again next week (she's already made Lemon cheesecake, then this week leek & potato soup which she didn't like at first until I seasoned it, then she loved it). She's making a "picnic plat" so needs ready made puff pastry and sausage meat as she's refusing to make the tuna or cheese options. Also added some small bottles of cola to the list, one so we have some cola in to drink for pizza night on Saturday and two so I can reuse the bottles for her taking liquids in for cookery as she's doing it until they break up for the summer.
Well I can hear next doors TV or radio so I'm guessing its okay for me to vacuum nowGoing to do a HHC before I start work, and I may take extra breaks today to do 15min challenges to warm myself up when I get too cold working.

Twas a good night last night, managed to catch up on lots of bits which needed doing at work. Have come home and think DH must have done a wash and dry load last night (can't see it though) and there was a wet load in the machine which is now in the dryer. WM on again. DW loaded and started.
Will go and have a quick wipe around in there as the washing up bowl is reppellant.
Meant to say yesterday, Pigpen, I think the blanket is a lovely idea.
Mumto5, your poor DS/ bank balance. Hope he starts feeling better soon xx

Morning!
Day at home today. Need to find DDs trainers and I want to make some chili jam too.
Really need to frame myself, I just CBA with anything this week. Don't know what's wrong with me.
DD wants to watch the little mermaid so I guess I ought to just get on while she's happy to chill out for a bit.
