    Hi Dawn :)

Receet is a new app. You just select the shop, take a picture of the receipt and send it off. They then give you 5 points per pound spent and you can redeem for vouchers, cash and other stuff.

Bit annoyed with them as they didn't credit all the points for that big receipt I found - should have had 900 and they only gave 200 . Still, better than nothing I suppose.

    Morning

Sorry I wasn't around yesterday - OH was off work and he was bugging me all day, so I hardly got anything done.

We went for breakfast and it should have come to £13 odd, but when I went to put my pin in, the woman had only put in £7.98, which was the cost for the 2 breakfasts and didn't include the drinks - we made a quick exit after that!!

I didn't get any questions done yesterday, but I did my 100 on Thursday, so that's not too bad. I will do my best to get 100 done today too.

Next month will consist of 100 questions a day (come hell or high water - even if OH is off and bugging me!!) and anything extra I make I want to pay off the council tax arrears. I would like to get them below £1,000 by the end of August, but I think that's a bit ambitious. You never know though.

I might join the £10 a day challenge, but aim for £15 a day as that would practically get me below £1,000.

I'm still waiting for just over £40 to become payable on TCB (and probably will be until Christmas) and I'm expecting £35 from the website I sent the DVDs and CDs to (been checked, awaiting payment).

  • I totally love the list. have you ever visited belfast zoo? It's all uphill but it is in Ireland. You could stay here :)

Also, you could do niagara from the Canadian side. It tends to be a bit cheaper.

Aw, thanks for the offer INOD :) - I've never been to Belfast Zoo so will take a look at it.

I think Niagara from the Canadian side is a good idea. My OH has a friend that lives in Canada too, so free accommodation.

I think I might try this next month. I just get fed up with wearing jeans ALL the time (especially in winter).
