  • £11.15 off to mort, slightly over what I expected our salaries to be :rotfl:
Will probably regret that later in the month!

£58.78 was the final amount left at the end of the month, so that's off to savings.
Bought Dh a new suit in the M&S sale and that should have maybe come from savings as it's years since we bought him one! £169 for jacket and two pairs of trousers, but at least I went through £co:D

Need to get something listed on ebay and have a go at some surveys, free money, free money, free money:T

  • £25.90 received from Purepro£ile and duly op'd.
Got a surprise with my salary paid today rather than Monday due to the Bank Holiday.
Horrid month moneywise, DH off to see his parents for their golden wedding anniversary, but rather than go on his own for £40 train fare he's taking two of the children and it's cost £192 for the train. I'm torn between being furious at him for being a wimp and not going alone and trying to be happy for their achievement of 50 years married.

    But I am FURIOUS

Sadly they went back to school this week, so it will tumble!

There is a very healthy closing balance with the old energy provider but they haven't refunded me yet and they are closed until Monday, I may be their first caller http://static.moneysavingexpert.com/images/forum_smilies/biggrin.gif

Although they haven't sent through the application link, so maybe they've got cold feet again.

  • And back in the room!
Lots to update but just want to get back on the bandwagon of targets and financial mindfulness :rotfl:

Will need to update my signature and catch up with all the news on here.

Step one, have enrolled with One Poll, they seem to have lost me on their system but I used to like them as the surveys were short and sweet. Anyway they have a £2.50 joining bonus, so we're off!

Back soon (not a two year gap).
