  • £53 off your mortgage in a day is brilliant.

I know it's a hard slog but think of where you were and are - it's great progress. Unfortunately, all of us want to be sorted I know :o

  • Post Office have said no to taking on a branch in the shop. Stupid 6 year rule. Still I can apply again in a couple of years and that means less pressure on my cash only budget!
Now have to see if seller will accept a lower offer for the shop only...

  • TGIF and then some - flipping work is hell on earth, still it's income:money:and it's over for another week(end)!

Interesting call from the PO yesterday, they are looking into their own rule re BRs, fingers crossed:eek:. Don't think they have anyone else interested, that's probably a bad sign:rotfl:.

Doing the Newcastle Diet again, one stone off in three weeks and blood sugars below that of a 'normal' person. Now trying to figure out what to do after the 8 weeks, after the blow out of course! Thinking low carb, have never tried that one so might be worth a bash. Have ordered a copy of the Atkins diet book 2nd hand from ebay, so that will give me food for thought, if not the real thing:D
