I got a fitbit for my birthday. Much like chickadee I like the competition with friends. On many an evening I've sat down checked my figures and gone out for a walk because I hadn't done what I need. I'm sure this is really helping my weight loss.

On offer on groupon and it's actually fab. Had it since March and it keeps great track of movement and sleep.
