    I've been Money Tipped!
Oh gosh I have been on the website adding loads to my basket!

Quick question before I buy them Do the Potato and onions bags work? The fabric ones that are on 3 for 2 and they are supposed to keep potatoes fresher for longer?

    Thanks

I love lakeland too! Luckily there is a shop near me so I can pop in and I often get things in their bargain department (usually have money knocked off for damaged packaging or end of line stock etc). often order online though as delivery is free (I order enough to qualify) and you often geta freebie if you've spent enough.

I love the potatoe ricer and ue it every week! I also use clippits everyday. Probably the worst thing I have is the pasty maker but only because it seemed a good idea at the time but I have never used it so it just sits in the cupboard (or I may have given it away can't remember!)
  • Just want to say I love the green fridge cushion, but won't use it anymore after a horrible experience with it although I have to say it was probably just a fluke thing to happen.I always wipe the drawer and fridge out as part of my weekly cleaning routine.A few days later I went to get something out of the drawer and something fell onto the floor,I looked and it moved.I emptied the drawer and could'nt believe what I saw.The little holes in the sponge resembled the inside of a beehive, about two thirds of the holes had tiny maggots in them wriggling away.It must have been perfect for a random insect on the veg to lay it's eggs in it.Needless to say contents of the fridge was totally disposed of.I know it was probably just bad luck but I hate maggots,my phobia and just could'nt face it happening again.

Forgot about the 'half of one' containers which I use pretty much constantly to store a cut lemon, half an onion etc. Everyone comments on what a great idea they are and I couldn't do without them. Have also got through a number of kitchen timers but again due to over-enthusiastic children rather than any fault with the product. I just love Lakeland! My latest order has just despatched -thanks to this thread!:D

couldn`t get on with the mandolin.
magic liner,in use constantly, but had to complain about magic liners for cake tins(precut) as they collapsed all the time and ended up with the mixture all over them...got refund of course.
lock boxes, well worth the money...cheaper ones don`t last.
