Too many house price crash threads...

I said it weeks ago, time for the House buying, renting, selling and prices to get a HPC sub-board.
The credit card board has one for stoozing, we want equality.
Perhaps the debt free wannabe board can have a sub-board as well.
For people up to their eyes in debt who want to know how they can buy a house.
(it will save them coming here then)0 -

That's easy - Kensington :rolleyes:0 -
The way that I believe that it works is that you wait for the number of threads to increase. Then you can borrow against that increase to start yet more threads.
I think there's a maths teacher in Kent with about 250 million HPC threads. Up to her eyes in debt of course...
PS Sub board is a great idea. Perhaps we could get 2:
1. HPC/HPI.
2. Bruno's neuroses.0 -
I want a sub-board! I'd started reading on GHPC but if we have a sub-board I don't even have to move my finger as far as the bookmarks
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Just wait until prices do actually crash. Then it will be endless "negative equity" and "when will prices recover" threads.Redbedhead wrote: »I agree completely regarding there being too many HPC threads. The same things get said on each thread. I am all for discussion on these matters but it gets repetitive. I also thinks it gets in the way of the very good advice that is given on these boards when people have an agenda to push.
People can discuss anything they want, no one is forced to click and read, especially with the preview function.Been away for a while.0 -

Does this mean that the 'Too many HPC threads' has been turned into a HPC thread? Oh the irony....0 -
It maybe a good time to bump this thread. I enjoy a discussion about future house prices as much as the next man (especially if the next man is Guy_Montag) but things are getting out of hand.
Someone (Clutton???) occasionally asks the mods for a separate HPC thread. Perhaps it's time.
People with genuine problems and concerns are being crowded out by repetitious posts IMO.0 -
I agree, I'm tired of repeating my own boring opinions on three threads. And today I found a HPC thread that started in 2004. Getting a bit silly.0

Yeah - put them in their own section - then I can avoid them easily.;)
