It's been ages since I have posted and everyone sounds like they are doing great, mostly the frogs are underfoot when I am running @apple mucher
but there is also a new hazard on our road now in the form of a man with a stick picking up leafs who then deposits them over his wall largely without looking who he is poking and dumping leafs on...I think I just attract weirdness and will just have to accept my role and finding it!
I am pushing the boat out tonight and going for my first zumba class, so I am prepared for much soreness Friday, sat, sun......Prizes

Hi all,
Sorry I've been MIA. My weight has massively suffered and I'm up 12lbs on my lowest weight. The aim for November is to lose 8lbs and then another 8 in December.
Started today with a gym workout and swim and did a dog walk this afternoon. Food was ok until the Daim bar cake but much better than in previous days/weeks.

Lost 1lb this week, did a 13 mile bike ride yesterday plus the weights workout, and played a game of netball Thursday which was good fun but absolutely knackering! Trying to watch what I eat using MFP and relaxing the 1500 cals a little at the weekend which seems to be working- only losing about 1lb a week but the payoff is it doesn't feel too much like a "diet" - had chips and a doughnut Friday but was all in calorie allowance. Want to be a stone lighter by Xmas so think I need to step up the CV a little now. Enjoy the rest of the weekend everyone.#21 Save £12k in 2025 £12577.35/£20000

Well done Fmess!
I finally did a mini 5 min workout - a Zuzka Light one, so still pretty hard work!
And the food has remained primal - yay!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

I'm only on day 2, so not too much to note yet! I'm definitely less hungry and snacking less. My tum is already reduced and after eating, I'm getting a good tight stomach feeling, as if everything is honing and toning on its own :rotfl:!
To be honest, the shift to grain-free is a simple one and the sugar-free is a mindset. I did buy nanas and plums in aldee, but don't plan to eat a bunch of fruit every day.
Previously, I think I've done 10+ days sugar-free. But I've not maintained a Primal approach. I hope this month will be different!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

Primal day 3 complete. Not enough steps to reach 10k, but I can live with that!
Tummy still feeling tighter. Amd waiting for the 'whoooooosh' of weightloss to arrive :rotfl:.
Dh has banned me from cycling to work over the winter and I agree. I know people cycle all year, and I had that intention in September. But having missed all of October, I'm happy to not do it til ...feb?!
Like others, I'm working on weightloss with a Christmas deadline. The 5/22 in my signature is currently sitting at 2/22, but Idon't want to change it to that! So, reduce it I must.
