Wow you lot are doing amazing!
I have really lost my mojo and yesterday I couldn't even face reading for the shame of having ate so much rubbish.
The wedding I have been dieting for for the last 8 months is now only a week away and I have put back on 7lbs since I reached my lowest in March. I feel like I need a kick up the back side and someone to give me a good talking to.
I am still not 100% after having 2 illnesses in the last 4 weeks. Tomorrow is a 12 hour work day so no exercise but I will go to the gym on Saturday and either swim or do a class.
Food tomorrow needs to be:
Breakfast - cereal
Lunch - chicken and salad
Snack - yoghurt
Dinner - provided by work so currently unknownLBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

How much cardio are you doing now Blue? may be time to add in some cycling, skipping, running anything that raises your heart rate and challenges your legs.
Im finding now that im on the smallest catch on my bras so bust size has reduced again next set of bras will have to be padded.
Fmess maybe have a look at some of the https://www.joannasoh.com/ food videos she does some great bulk prepared meals, I find if I bulk cook/prep food a for the next couple of day's at a time it easier than stick to the meals I intend to eat especially if im busy. If I didn't prep my porridge the night before I know I wouldn't eat in the morning's as AM food is something I have to push myself to eat anyway.
Kettle bells was fantastic this evening had to move down to a 10kg for some of the single arm exercise but managed the 12KG OK, elbows and shoulders are fine, just feel a bit in my hip bursa other than be a bit stiff tomorrow think i've got away with it0 -
Thanks everyone, especially VJsmum for the replies about food choices, and "diets". Sorry it has taken me a couple of days to reply but a huuge family crisis has kept me away.
After going gym on Sunday I also managed to get there on Tuesday evening as well, wasn't my hardest session as I went with SIL who is rehabbing after breaking 3 bones in her foot 8 weeks ago! Still did a 2.5k run in 15 mins, rowed 1.3k (usually do 2 but SIL was battling), stepper, and assortment of weight exercises, including me doing a personal best of 90kg on the leg press, for 10 reps! Oooh, it was so hard to push of the first time to get it started!
So, I've given a bit of thought into what I'm eating and I have to say I have actually noticed (now that I think about it), that I've had no problems losing weight when I've eaten high fat foods like dairy in my diets, but add in processed garbage and that's when I have struggled. I do still plan on eating wholemeal bread (maximum of 2 slices a day), as sandwiches are easy for me to take to lunch and it's full of B vitamins, but other than that will cut out wheat consumption. I am still losing weight, it's just very slow and steady. That's probably a good thing, I just get jealous seeing some of the fabulous losses you girls get on here! I need to accept what I am doing works for me and not to try and rush myself. Slow and steady is what will get me over the finish line. Eventually. :rotfl:
Sadly due to family problems I have been off work last 2 days, and my step count has dropped dramatically. Hopefully life will resume as normal next week, and I will see what being active at work, eating like I have planned to and going back to the gym 3 times a week will acheive! Is there any such thing as normal now that I think about it?!0 -

thank you tori.k!
Sugar day today. Got a toothache from it and realised that it doesn't give me as much pleasure as it used to.0 -
Yesterday I walked the dog for 45 minutes then in the afternoon I ran 2 miles to the gym, did a cardio/weights workout and ran back, the journey back was a bit shorter as I go to school to get the kids and then walk home with them.
On Wednesday night I ran with DH and it was one of those lovely runs where you feel great and could run forever, why can't they all be like that?

Have a great evening everyone whatever mischief your up too0 -
Got me another Zuzana workout under my belt - including ninja tuck jumps, elevated one-leg bridges, plyo push ups, one-leg and one-arm crabs and one-legged burpees. Fun! :j
I have now cycled to work on 2 Thursdays, and I hope to keep this up through the winter. Even yesterday, I noticed it was decidedly colder than the previous week. When I realised I wasn't going out running anymore, I disposed of my thermals - may have to acquire some more now! I shall ensure I am lit up like a Cmas tree. And warm.
And today is day 11 without sugar. Coupled with the exercise, I'm feeling much healthier and stronger. :TNST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Sorry awol for a bit but still fighting the good fight. Had family wedding end of August and was 4 stone + lighter than the last time I had seen close family. Felt brilliant. Now just 2lbs from goal.
Still exercising roughly 8 hours a week, which being full time and having 3school aged children is challenging at times but so grumpy if miss...
Have come to conclusion that I'm happy with my weight and size (in size 10-12) but would like to hit 10 stone because I can...
Hope everyone is well, will catch up with reading soon.....

Morning all,
Ruined yesterday having an Indian take-away for dinner (at about 10.30pm too ), but had eaten really well up until that point, with no snacking, and worked pretty hard at the gym to boot!
Did my usual warm up of a quick 2.5k run in 15 mins, then rowed 1.5k on at maximum resistance. Then hit first set of arm weights, leg weights and my other set of arm weights. Feeling chuffed with myself as managed 10 reps on the leg press at 100kgcan feel it in my legs today!
Then did some work on the matts using a 6kg kettlebell, lots of squats amongst other things! Then did lots of ab exercises and press ups, before finishing off on the bike at level 4 resistance and just going for it to see what I could acheive in 5 mins. 2.1km it turned out, and my legs were jelly when I got off!
I'm knackered today, I can really feel it all over!
Anyone know any good exercises that help tone up your back? Mine is not very defined at all, although I know that losing weight will definitely help with my back fat! :rotfl:0
