Thanks for the responses about entertainment passes :)

So, the best value is an upgrade to mid caravan, and to pass on the passes (but get them on site should we be asked for 'em which may or may not happen !)

We always say that we will buy the passes on park if we need them but if the weather is good or there's a lot to do in the area you will probably manage without them even if they do check passes. It depends on how fussed you are for the entertainment and if there are any good pools or other bad weather options off the park really.

More questions from you seasoned holiday bookers :)

If I am booking a popular park on a popular date - will the selection of caravan (e.g. basic, luxury) possibly skew this ?

So -if the site is available, but not the type of caravan will it default to the next park/date on the list ?

not sure on this but we have had some very nice basic caravans recently at haven sites and were glad we had not upgraded.

I'm not sure on this... I always book standard then upgrade direct as it usually works out cheaper.

My understanding is it checks all parks on the first date, then all parks on the second date etc.... If you have a priority code you can play with your choices to find something you like the look of before you confirm the booking.

I'm getting that too. It's because the tabs load then are hidden by some script that fires at the end of the page. Nothing to worry about :)
