fuming at irrsponsible pub

    go stuff urselfs all those having a dig.


    he has an id making him 19 now and uses it so I don't have to goto to the shop and he can do it four me. ive taken it off him now because of wat has happened.
  • So the pub obviously felt he was of a legal age....they got it wrong but you WON'T get the money back and at worse they will get a word had with them.
    Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked

    so you allow your son to drink in pubs using fraudulent ID - and have a problem with them allowing him to use the machine. so he has broken the law 3 times you feel the pub is responsible. I am assuming the pub has seen his fraudulent ID before and been taken in by it therefore they did not question his buying drinks or using the machine!!
