Thick as two short planks and rude with it!
I also didnt see it until yesterday, have you had a read of the avoid Shell or the Asda threads.0 -
Yes, better to keep it accurate, once KrissKross has finished her boycott protest of the local Shell station she needs to be sure to have the exact facts for the offence of allowing an underage person using fake ID to be allowed to play fruit machines.
KrissKross, have you considered having placards made and forming a protest line outside the pub entrance? The Fruit Machine Act of 1824 allows concerned parents to stand in the pub doorway and prevent customers entering until the landlord returns double the loss if the player was underage. Give it a go :j.
I do hope you haven't forgotten the Fruit Machine Act (Control of Demonstrations) Regulations 1826 which specify that only 7.3 persons may take part in such a demonstration and then the placards must be constructed of card with a plastic laminate.
Wouldn't want the OP falling foul of the law (again). :rotfl:0 -
OP, do you have a daughter called Frogmella by any chance?0

You've taken that too far - they didn't have plastics in 1826.0 -

Looks like breaking the law runs in the family, it is OK when you want something but not when it affects your lifestyle.0 -

Don't forget that they must ensure that they use the right font on the placards or they will be illegal0 -

The car was not stolen.
The recommended allowance is 800. We brought around 4000 back last summer with no problems, as Customs asked and we could convince them that they were for personal use, therefore we left with the goods and our car.
The car will not be taken unless you are bringing back a commercial quantity and are unable to convince customs they're not for retail. 4000 for us was about 12 weeks (I've severely cut down now, and OH has stopped completely), so for us, that was not (at the time) a commercial quantity.
