hi MIT - have you paid off another wodge of cash somewhere? your sign is getting smaller and smaller!!
    top bird!
  • Sorry tifn no I haven't. Doubt I will be doing anything major until after Christmas.
DD asked for a summer house for her Christmas so I was in work the other day and a woman in the canteen had 20% off vouchers for b&q so I bought one. Bought paint for kitchen as well. All stuff I was going to get so it is a bargain. Have put it on my barclaycard though. If my work get their butts in gear and pay me my back money and my bonus then I can just pay it off right away.

I have a yucky cold and my ulcer is playing up. Own fault re the ulcer tbh as I ate loads of processed junk food. Makes me feel so ill but I always think 'ach I'll be fine' Never bloody am though lol.

I have looked out loads for e bay again and going to look around for more at the weekend and see if I can make a few pounds and get rid of M&S once and for all. Hope everyone is well xx

  • he he @ bogies !!

Ok I have had a yucky sicky bug since wednesday so it wasn't my ulcer after all lol

Going to get my !!! in gear and get my life in order a bit more.

Today I have not spent any money and going to try and keep very low this week. Really need to get a load of stuff on e-bay and more stuff to the charity shop and give myself some space.

At least I got the gardens done today and loads of laundry. Got loads of stuff away to the skip and have done some baking. Smells delish .Also hoovered out the car. I have a baldy tyre  . Will no doubt cost me a fortune to replace. Cooked the first meal we have eaten in days as DS and I have both been ill. Poor DD feeling a bit yuk today.

I have spent way too much so far on shopping so will mainly be living from the cupboards for next couple of weeks.

Kitchen is half stripped so you can just imagine that state of the rest of the house as all the kitchen stuffis everywhere. Going to try and finish stripping it this week and get it painted etc next weekend.
Phew am exhausted just looking at this lsit

Sorry to read that you are not feeling a well family. On the bright side, though, not eating is very MSE!!

I know what you mean about getting your life in order, as you will know from my diary it is exactly what my next objective in life is!!

I hope you all feel better soon x

  • DS and I are feeling better now ty and feels great to have some energy again. Just about to do some ironing now and get organised or the morning.
I just feel if I get organised then things have got to be easier. I am sure people with nice tidy homes and dead organised actually do less work than me cos I constantly chase my tail. Busy busy week then I am going to be organised organised organised .........yeah right :rotfl:

  • Hmm ok day 1 on the organised front.........crap!! :rotfl:

DD was sick so I had to call in to work for a day off. Was taking DS to doctors to see about the results of his MRI scan. We had been sent to the ear, nose and throat consultant that he usually sees for his slight hearing problems as they had found fluid in one of his sinuses. It was so good though as when he got up this morning he was displaying all his dizzy symptoms and the doctor could see him whilst he was unwell. You know what it is like it is usually really hard to describe their symptoms whilst they are well. He was so bad this morning he couldnt go to school and he has to get a CT scan. This is just to look at his ears this time though so not the huge worry it was the last time. His ear drums are quite badly scarred apparently although he has never had an ear infection. Hopefully they can sort it out for him.
Haven't spent any money today as been nowhere other than the doctors.
Have got £5.94 from amazon and £7.30 from paypal so I am just about to pay off £13 to M&S. Might stil manage to get it paid off this month as I have £30 odd to come from quidco if they ever get around to paying out this month. xx
