Right thats £30 of child benefit transferred over so ony £20 to go to meet my mini challenge this month. I have more than reached my £350 now with all the extra payments I have made but If by some miracle I manage £100 before end of montht then another month comes off my DFD. Peed off tonight though as DD has broken her retainer, not her fault to be honest, but it will cost me about £40 for a new one. Started a non payment of account against that person on e-bay and she got in touch with me tonight for an address to send the money to. Quite right too as she has the goods already. Started doing my ironing at 11.30pm as not quite tired enough to go to bed yet due to the long lie I had today. All donenow and I will put it all away on my way to bed. 1 less job for tomorrow. Where do I find time to work?? Going for a mooch around. Take care x5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

By end 2020 I want CC at £ 19,000.00.

Evening. Been decluttering todat and have filled my wheelie bin ( it only got emptied this mornimg). My car is full of stuff for the charity shop. Have not bothered with e-bay as it is just more hassle than it is worth tbh. Loads of stuff looked out for the dancing school DD used to go to and some other bits and pieces to go to ther people who will use them. A nsd today :j . That's 3. 8 still to do but an doubtful I will manage as I find it really hard doing the nsd's. Some days I only spend under a pound but it's still a spend. No extra monmey into my account today so no extra payments made
.
I really really should be doing my assignment as it is due in on Friday buit I just can't motivate myself. Need to do it tonight or at latest tomorrow night to post it on Thursday  . Why oh why do I leave these things until the last minute?? I am an eejit. How does anyone concentrate to do these things. My pc is in my lounge , so I can keep an eye on the kids and for convenience to me. In the background the telly is blaring. No way can I manage it with all this disturbance lol. Let's be honest I just cant be bothered. Am away for a wee nosey to see whats going on xx

Good evening. Another nice day out today. Kids went swimming ( no cost) and I caught up on the gossip with my pal. Took them to mcd's as promised and all within my days out budget. Unfortunately my DD has grown out of everything recently so I had to get her new jeans. Of course she had to have the shoes and jumer to match lol. Have been loads recently for clothes for her and she still seems to have nothing. Might need to do a primark shop and stock up on cheapies for her to keep her going. Went to slimming clun=b and lost 2 1/2 lbs. Thats 2 stone 1lb so far so am well chuffed. I bought chips on the way home though to serve with dinner
. I have a major carbs craving this week.
Got a tenner in from Scratchcards today so have paid that off of SONY. ONLY £122 TO GO :j .Paid off the Barclaycard account. Will keep it open though incase they come up with a good rate for me in the future when I need to transfer again. Halifax have lowered their minimum payments to 1% as was discused on here so that reduces my payment to £70 per month. Snowball wants me to pay that account first as it has interest on it and Virgin and tesco dont. Will probably do that. Was tempted to overpay on the Vurgin card as the 0% on that runs out in June but realistically I should manage to get another 0% or LOB deal then so am as well paying off what I can from the account with interest.
Another thing I am pondering is using TESCO card for the 3 months I get 0% for and paying the money I spend on it to Halifax. Will work if I am disciplined enough to do it. Will double check my terms and conditions and make sure I can do it.
Orthodontist unfortunately wants DD to get new night time retainer at the grand cost of £44  . Shame really as she didn't do anything wrong to cause it to break so I am a bit annoyed at having to pay for it. But needs must. Good morning. Visiting early today as am going away overnight to my friends for a wee visit. Done my scratches and won a fiver on one site :j . Meant I could withdraw £13.40 from it so that should be in in a couple of days. Will go towards Sony card as I need to clear that by 13th Novemeber before 0% runs out. Am definately going to use the TESCO card for purchases and pay the cash I would have spent off of my Halifax. Wont make any difference to the amount outstanding but will hopefully make a difference to the interest I am forking out. Transferred the other £20 to my second account as planned. I have discovered that my alliance account does instant cash transfers. Fantastic. How sad am I that that actually impresses me. I transferred it this morning and then checked my Halifax account and there it was. Instant !! Very useful. Will save me the trips where I need to run to the bank at lunchtime to ensure money is in to pay the bills:D . Still waiting on a couple of e-bay payments and a payment from Lightspeed into my paypal account. When it reaches it I will ift it. I know it costs 25p but I want to manage my challenge for the £5 per day and I am so loving doing all this overpaying. Hopefully will see a big difference in my dfd at the end of the month once I sort out all the correct totals o/s after all my shuffling. So have a nice couple of days and take care xx5 Year plan. Good afternoon. Had a lovely day with my friends. Home now but going out tonight. I am just a social butterfly :rotfl: NOT! Managed not to spend too much other than £20 on petrol but hey it was worth it.
I used my tesco card whilst I was away and have paid that off of my SONY card. Nearly finished that one now and will definately clear it by the date in Novemeber when it has got be gone. I think I may have n=made a wee mistake when shufflib=ng an dhave transferred money ont my Virgin card but think the 0% offer was on purchases only  . Was only £650 thank goodness so I will thole that. I am well pleased with myself this month. I have managed to pay the £350 that I have set as a target. I also paid £125 to ARGOS, and I have made overpayments of £107.70:D . Keep thinking how nice a time we could have if that money belonged to me mind you. I owe about £80 to New Look but will pay that when it comes in. If I manage to put the £50 into my other account the next 2 weeks then that will be overdraft at £0 againand I will be !!!! a hoop. Problem is I have the £44 to pay for DD's retainer this week so I might struggle a wee bit. Never mind I am still pleased with the rest of it. Hope everyone is okay and hope I can keep up this momentum x5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Hi there. Totally knackered after 2 nights out. Unfortunately last night cost me loads:mad: . Was going with a friend and she had asked me to get us a wee cheeky bottle, some mixers and some flowers for the lass we were staying with. I did this and 3 of us were meant to be paying it together. Neither of the other 2 went so I was stuck with the £24.50 it cost. I then picked up chinese for the other 2 girls and myself which cost £24 as well . Now my part of it cost £6 but because we always just split the bills rather than messing about I had to pay £8 and also the coppers  . Then went to the pub so that was another £10  . Was a great night though
. I hardly even drank any of the bottle and left it at my mates
. Need to stop acting like I have money :rotfl: . Spent £72.77 in ASDA today  . Did get a blouse for work at £2 and joggers for £6. My old joggies are falling off me so these were essential as I love getting into slops when I get home. Used some vouchers in ASDA. Also stuck £10 on my Christmas card. Got £4.37 towards my £5 per day. Used TESCO card to pay shopping but have paid it off of the SONY card ( now clear
) and started on the halifax one. Need to make up about £50 next week to make sure enough in account for my loan. Also looks doubtful re the not using my overdraft this month. Can't decide whether to use the other money I am due into my account to clear it or whether to continue to pay it off Halifax. Hmm I will ruminate on this
. Found out last night that my friend and her partner owe £28k on cards  . He has just consolidated £25k and she is going to pay off her card on her own. Made me feel a bit better I can tell you. Have given her advice on paying off and on getting a 0% card so that the interest is minimal. Have also told her to get him on here ASAP. Hopefully he will come on and stop repeating this behaviour. Oh got news today that I am to get an extra tenner a week from ex for kids :j . It all helps

Hi. Thanks Penguin. You're right every penny counts in this lark. Going to really try and have a NSD today as need 8 by the end of the month to reach that particular challenge. Need to do some swift thinking on how to manage it :rotfl: . I hate to fail.
Got £13.40 from scratchcards today so have paid that off of Halifax account. Looked at my snowball and am so so so so excited as I have managed to move my dfd by 3 months. Can't believe it. That's just the news I need to spur me on with this. Must have been all the overpayments and the shuffling to 0% etc. Bl**dy marvellous I say. Ok really need to do my assignment today as it was due in on Friday past

Evening. Assignment nearly finished. I just need some stuff from work tomorrow then I can post it.
Been moaning about the fact that I need to pay £44 for dd's retainer but I had told my dd not to tell her Gran it was costing me money as she always ends up paying something towards it and I feel guilty and I had managed to scrape the money together myself ( with difficulty). Yesterday I had taken my mum to the supermarket and dd was really annoying me cos she was asking for things constantly and I lost my temper with her and told her she was a selfish madam and that we were skint this week because of her and she wanted to just remind herself of that. Of course my mum asked why and dd told her it was because I had to pay for her retainer. She asked me today why I hadn't told her and I said it didn't matter. Then the wee soul gave me £20. I said that's why I didnt tell you but she said she gets pleasure out of helping me out as she knows I find it tough sometimes. I was nearly in tears. What a star. So a nsd today and £20 to my £5 per day challenge. :j
