Groan!!!!!! Snottery horrible cold. Feel yuk. Had a Lemsip but no good and going to head to bed. Don't know if anyone remebers last year when my son was sick but he has to have an exploratory op in his ear and then probably full blown surgery  . He was well upset at that news today and the bribing is going to cost me loads . Never mind so long as he gets it done and he is fit for going to senior school next summer then that's the main thing. I still havent managed a nsd as this has been a busy week and kids have needed moneyh every day so far. Not too sure what to count for my fiver a day challenge either. Have noticed people are even counting their ectar points but I just want to count money I win or earn thats extra. I suppose it's up to the individual. Only made a tenner so far but I have another tenner due into my account and a few items ending on e-bay this weekend so fingers crossed. Had expenses arrive in my account today from work so have paid £3.20 from my Sony account:rotfl: . Oh well it all helps. The £650 I have transferred from Barclaycard has gone through to Virgin already by the looks of it so I will wait until nearer the end of the month and then transfer as much as I can of the balance onto other cards as my SONY one is going up so 21% or something stupid like that. Virgin has 0% until June 09, Barclaycard 6.9% LOB and Halifax is 12% so anything is better than 21%. I hate paying interest but cant get a deal at the moment. Will sort out my snowball once it is all shuffled around and see how much it adds to my debt free date. I will then hammer the balance on the sony card and then start on the Halifax one. Better to pay off the high interest one and then transfer the 0% one later on ( I think) . It's amazing how writing this all down clears the path in your head. Hope everyone is well x5 Year plan. Good afternoon. I had promised ds that I would take him to the pics this weekend as I have been so skint we have done nothing the last few weeks. Unfortunately when we looked at what was on there was nothing to suit. I bought him a DVD instead so that cost me a tenner. I also gave DD a tenner as she was going out with her friends and needed some cash. I have warned her though that there will be no more this month. She has a wee part time job so she will be okay. DS is saving hard to buy an x-box 360 as I have told him that I am cutting down at Chriatmas this year so no majorly expensive gifts. DD wants electric rollers so that is do-able but have told DS to get me a list written so I can start getting the things in now. No other spends today so that is not too bad. Going out to a friends tonight though but should manage to keep to no more spends. I am up to date with all my surveys and clicks so I might just have to do some housework  Has anyone got any recent free bingo sites or anything they can help me out with as I need to make up this £20 I gave the kids today. x5 Year plan. 15 cd's on Amazon. Am now ripping them onto pc. I never use my stereo these days so if I want to play any of these then I will play them on the computer. I can rip cd's for the car if I want to so no big loss. They are just gathering dust in a cupboard. Here's hoping someone wants them lol5 Year plan. Hello. 1st NSD day today :j . Technically I spent money on DD for a ski suit from e-bay but my mother paid half and DD will pay something too and have money away for it so I am not counting it as a spend and it certainly wasn't an unecessary spend. Am well chuffed. Got the jacket, trousers, hat, goggles and boots for £31 and in pink so DD is delighted. Fingers crossed that they fit her okay.
Sold a cd and due £3.41 for that. Sold 2 items on e-bay and received £12.65 for those. Will post them tomorrow and see what my profit is minus e-bay fees and add that to my £5 per day challenge. Should hopefully manage to lift a couple of tenners from the scratchcard sites this week too so that will all help. Can't even try for another NSD until Thursday as unfortunately I have spends each day.
Am sitting here with a hair dye on. Very moneysaving.:p . Will probably end up with nice green hair :rotfl: .
Was a fab day here today so most of my washing got dried outside but chilly now so heating is on.
I know everyone is mumping an dmoaning about the gas and electricity costs but I am only paying £9.70 per month just now for electric and £28 for gas. I signed up about 3 years ago until 2010. Was nervous at the time as wel lthinking I was making a mistake. Well hello !! I didn't :j . My pals are all paying over £100 per month between the two so I am very lucky. I will probably get an almighty shock when the prices go to normal in 2010. I'll have loads less debt then though so I will worry about it nearer the time. Hope everyone is well x5 Year plan. Got a free tenner last week from Paddy Power. Played it today and won £23 :j . Will use that for my £5 challenge. Wish some of this money would start coming in 1) so I can pay it off of my Virgin account and 2) so I can add it to my challenge lol saddo me. I just noticed how much Amazon take from your sales. They really hammer you huh? They end up with more money than you do  . Never mind I suppose it's all unwanted stuff anyway. I stop on Friday for 1 week and I just cant wait. I am going to spend the week looking out stuff for selling and getting it listed on e-bay and Amazon. I really want to declutter a bit ( although am not really a hoarder) and make some money at the same time. I really want to be under the £13k by Christmas. I am forever setting myself personal challenges on here and have never met one yet
. This time Defo! Ok need to go to DS's parents evening now. Catch up later x

Hope parents evening was ok!
I too am going through CDs - putting them all on i-tunes then hopefully getting rid of the cds themselves, thereby at least clearing space and maybe making a few pennies in the processSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground.
