Do you think Next accidentally on purpose lose some orders bcause they can't cope wit the demand?

surely if they do they shouldnt do it to the same person 3 times! loose 1 order maybe but all 3?

this happened to me also, i phoned next and they comfirmed my order was there and went away to the credit people who confirmed i still had 200 remaining to spend, as far as i was aware i had spent to my limit, i would call them

ditto Lindseykim and lookingafterthepennies - I had a confirmation email last night but just checked and my credit limit is at normal level so looks like the whole order has been 'lost'. Had even been given a specific delivery date and time for a wardrobe. Is it worth ringing them as I didn't have a vip invite, I used the loophole.

Sorry needabargain I am tired fed up and confused - was your order ok? The way I read it is it was ok until they spoke to the credit dept - sorry for being dippy I really am tired LOL!

I used the loophole Bubs and was in the queue on the phone but got fed up of waiting - am just going to try and reorder - if it arrives twice I will just send it back - assuming any of what I want is still in stock...

to help those who are wondering about missing orders .......I just wanted to say and feel like im repeating myself but know not everyone may have been reading the previous pages understandably.

I have been told 4 times my order is missing or not showing on the system and i have finally spoken to a very helpful CS manager and they have tracked my order down to the warehouse

I had a vip invite, which didnt work so did it over the phone.... ive had no email confirmation, my limit reduced then went back up this morning but THANKFULLY there are parcels being processed for me now

so i know its easy to say but i wouldnt panic so much as if you seen your balance reduce its more than likely youll get it but if unsure you could ring and ask for a supervisor! others cant access the right info.
