My credit limit showed at £0.00 before my order so there is no way I can check if my order has gone through.
I have the email confirmation so will just sit tight.
If it turns up, it turns up, if it doesn't c'est la vie.
Obviously I will be peeved but I'll live!

Thanks lab-dab, there is still hope LOL, I do remember reading your earlier messages. I just thought that perhaps with you ordering over the phone you wouldn't get an email confirmation. Mine arrived within minutes of ordering but my limit has gone back up - I know deep down its probably fine but I am in panic overdrive LOL! Will practise some deeeeeeeeep breathing!!!

you dont need password just type anything you want, it will refuse you entry then click on my account at bottem of page then go to quickshop using codes gv5 or gm9 at end

I noticed that mine had increased this morning, compaired to last night after placing my VIP order. I rang them this afternoon and was told that once a month they reassess peoples credit limits and this could explain the increases.

I hope this helps to put people's minds at ease. Though I will be much happier once my order is here and I know that everything is ok.

After reading your posts I also checked my account, it says no money owing and full credit limit available.
I ordered through the loophole and had email confirmation straight away, as well as my account balance being adjusted almost instantly.

I'm also concerned about what to do next, has anybody actually phoned up who is in a similar situation? If so what happened?
