None of mine is showing :rolleyes: so im guessing tomorrow ill get the news its not gone through after all of this.

I wondered whether to order throught one of the vip links but then when i queried original order or if i received it and had to go back or whatever i was bothered incase they asked how id got link/found out the loophole..

How did you find out they had lost your order? Sorry if you have already posted about this but I have an email confirmation and am sitting here expecting it to arrive, might it not?

i checked my account availble to spend and realised what was deducted wasnt order total so i rang next and they read back my order of 31 items and i though mm i order a LOT more than that so reordered missing items again.

After the trouble thought id ring again this morning as i was told orders update at midnight and was told that still only the 31 items had been ordered so reordered again.

Rang up tonight and was told the 31 items had been ordered and another 4 items but the rest hadnt been ordered. was told some rubbish that the items can be instock at basket but out of stock at checkout. i know this can be true but if thats the case y were some of them still in stock this evening!?

i do advise any1 whos orders cant be found to ring and point out its not happened to just you so they can find out whats going wrong and fix the prob.

all my bedding, curtains, daughters furniture, houshold accessories and half my daughters clothes that were in stock at my vip slot are all now out of stock.

Can't believe whats happened to you Em, I'm worried now about whether any of my order will turn up so I'm going to try and duplicate as much as I can now so hopefully I willl get some of it. How on earth can they lose confirmed orders?? I have had a confirmation email and I thought I could relax because of it - obviously not...

i cant remember what my original spend limit was so no idea if money has been deducted or not. Ordered twice yesterday and got confirmation email straight away, but others have also gotten confirmation and then since found out that orders have been lost. so i have no idea!!

When I calculated last night, my remaining credit wasn't taking into account 1-2 week wait items or delivery charges i.e. it was my credit limit minus the value of all the in stock items i ordered. I'm fairly sure in the past this has been different, but I can't remember precisely to be honest.

Come this afternoon, my remaining credit had increased by £106.50, and none of my orders were that exact value, so I don't have a clue what's going on. Still, I have my e-mail confirmations and only time will tell (no next day courier in my area so earliest delivery was friday)...a lot of the stuff i ordered is now out of stock so I hope it does come.
