My order said would be delivered in 4-5 days so wont know til prob tues that order has not worked! i am goin to the store on sat so i am just gonna buy anything even if i have ordered it online and if order does arrive then i will just return stuff!!

just found next letter and it shows my limit and money aint come off but if i hadnt been loggin on to this site i wouldnt have even thought about it

I'm going away on saturday, so I won't be able to go instore, and won't even be able to check the website for stuff coming back in stock. Still, with the delivery times in each direction and the time taken for people to try stuff and decide what they're keeping, I wouldn't have thought stuff will start showing back in stock again for at least a week or so.

At the christmas presale, I ordered about 20 items which said they were in stock. Over the next month I managed to get about a 1/4 of them, despite it saying "2 weeks delivery" on invoices.

Most of the items didnt come. So very annoying. Looks like it's gonna happen again this time round, going by all of your current frustrating experiences.

It happened with the M & S sale for me too.

wish i hadnt looked!, i put my order through yday through the loophole, my credit limit went down straight away, so i was fine with that, was a bit worried cause i hadnt recieved confirmation email, got it this morning and was relieved. now ive just checked my credit limit on my next account and its gone back up to where it started, is this right, i'm getting stressed that theyve canceled or lost my order!

Queued on phone for 10 mins but can't be bothered to wait any more - just going to try and duplicate my order - it doesn't look like mine has gone through despite the confirmation email. Looks like there are going to be a lot of very unhappy people

you are right in that next don't include any p&p charges or delayed items in the available credit bit, but as for why its charged i have no idea lol
