just to let you know ... I read all the threads and ordered this morning - I didnt get a confirmation email back ... so I sent an order.

Didnt get a confirmation email again and so ordered again ... again no confirmation email so phoned up CS. They confirmed the last order and then I received a confirmation email about lunchtime. Just loggged on now and I have 3 confirmation emails ... will be heading down to the store next week to return the items! Doh.

Will also email CS to get a refund on the p & p

Good Luck to all those who are still trying

I've just used this but everything is showing in my basket at full price? any suggestions? thanks
  • Sorry needabargain I am tired fed up and confused - was your order ok? The way I read it is it was ok until they spoke to the credit dept - sorry for being dippy I really am tired LOL!
my order is fine i am on the phone at the moment my order is there and has been processed but my credit limit to them is showing 0 but still with 200 to spend, they have advised me to phone them tommorow to speak to the credit department, she said it could be a account review and they have increased it but i doubt it as this is my first month with them and there is no notes on the system to say it has been increaed

After reading your posts I also checked my account, it says no money owing and full credit limit available.
I ordered through the loophole and had email confirmation straight away, as well as my account balance being adjusted almost instantly.

I'm also concerned about what to do next, has anybody actually phoned up who is in a similar situation? If so what happened?

i have called and the same happened to me maybe we will get it free see my thread above

Any spending on next accounts does tend to initiate credit limit increases

At one point, every statement I got showed an increase...started out at about £300 and within a couple of months (just over the course of various items of 1-2 week sale clothing trickling through) it was up to a couple of grand. Perhaps had another bump :j...not that I would ever spend that much, but it does come in mighty useful come sale time when I want to order all my items in several sizes and colours.:D

And then of course there's the inevitable orders for everyone else in my family :rolleyes2
  • Can anyone help? I've just logged in on the 11-11.30 link, everything is showing at full price in my basket! am i doing smething wrong?

I don't understand why online my limit shows as zero???
Checked a paper statement and it's £3600 and I KNOW for a fact I haven't spend THAT much in the sale, so why zero?!

I don't have any explanation, but it does at least prove the point that the balances are really a load of rubbish.
