I know every1 wants a bargain and understand how annoyed u r u didnt have a vip slot BUT if only thr vips were allowed to order then there WOULD be stock left for saturday

Must admit I am also peeved off with this. I got a vip invite and chose one for tonight as it was more convenient to me. Luckily most of my list was still in stock but it does make me think how much more I could have got if everyone else hadn't used loopholes to get their stuff.

oh well vip doesnt really mean anything now.

i thought id order the right way via my vip slot wish id not though, ive learnt now though. next yr im joing the rest of u n going thro the loophole. next have annoyed me big time now.

i so agree, because the next staff at the directory and the couriers all get priority as well, and next don't get extra stock in for the sale. its just whatever they have left over, so the most popular things will go during the season and they may only have a few or so left of most items.

the amount people order even if they didn't do vips etc and they opened the phone lines at 6am by half past most of it would be gone, there just isn't enough of it.

im most annoyed about the items for my daughter especially the table and book shelf she had her heart set on. when i ordered tea time yesterday they were in stock and she was so pleased. havent told her yet theyre no longer coming. when i re-ordered and was told these items were out of stock i actually cried cos i knew how upset my lil girl would be. she wanted them for ages but i always thought not at that price but half price who can resist.

well im extremely unlucky. lm new to all dis l didnt even knw l had to register with next to buy. so im gonna hav to wait till sat. was hopin to buy my lil son a new wardrobe, he`s grown out of everythin. but its ALL GONE:mad:

how can next loose 3 telephone orders and an internet order ? esp when i had an email confirmation for the internet order! according to them they have no techincal errors and cant even give me a explanation or possible explanation why this has happened!

Why shouldn't people use loopholes though. It's not the actual people who spend the most on Next that get the VIp invites, its just random. I'm a prime example of this as i probably make 1 order a year if that and i always get a VIP invite. :j

The sale lasts for a few weeks from memory and it's worth re-checking the website every now and then as things do come back into stock, what with people returning items that they don't want or are the wrong size etc.

I dont mean this to sound like a rant but hope people dont mind me doing so as its sooo frustrating and people may be experiencing the same...

Everyone seems to be getting different info it is so confusing and i agree there are lots of rights and wrongs about this whole system...

I had a vip slot for 5pm, i hung around on this thread for the almost the full day/two before when they early codes may have been released but missed them both times as i had to move to do family things. I finally got to my slot (the same time technically most people COULD have had a chance of ordering with the glitch) and my internet vip slot wouldnt work.

I placed a telephone order for my items at 5:20ish and was told it had gone through but at the end/after the call i realised at full price. Ive had not email confirmation.

I have rang them 4 times!!! since and been told that there is STILL no trace of my order - someone is ringing me back in the morning to try and sort it for me, if its not there i WONT be ordering again as it has been a hassle from start to finish. They have told me not to reorder as they are so busy it should be in there somewhere??

The things they said to me today to contradict what others have been told..

4pm tonight i was told that they had 'plenty' of stock left and had got extra items in especially for the sale - except that on the sale PDF/picture thing there is none left!

That orders usually wont show for 24/48hrs and others have managed to be told straight away??

PLus others i cant remember now...

My order is supposed to be coming tomorrow so i guess ill find out then :(

sorry to go on i just cant believe after days of this im still no further forward.
