I placed an order last night via someone elses vip link. I got an email confirmation stating that all items will be dispatched to me within 4-5 working days. My a/c balance hasnt changed which is worrying me. Some of the items I ordered I already have with their tage still on them so was going to take them back to Next to get full refund but am worried that my order wont arrive as I didnt have my own vip email link. Should I risk taking the items back just incase my order does get cancelled ? Thanks !

Thanks so much for the link - it worked for me. Only problem is I have ordered a top I wanted in the wrong size - can I change the order after it has gone through?? Any help appreciated - don't want to pay two delivery charges!!

I had my own vip link and mine has done the same. I got confirmation straight away so will have to keep fingers crossed.

Hi, I am new to this site. My name is Sue, I am 36 years old and live in Poole, Dorset. Please please someone help me. I manage to get into the 10.30 VIP slot with a link someone kindly put on her and followed what I was told (put in acc # and password etc) and then when it said password incorrect I went to account number at the bottom like I was told but it just went to the normal Next page and when I changed the last 3 digits to GV5 it didn't recognise it. I have found another link for the 1pm VIP slot so please please can someone help me try and sort this out before then. Thanks in advance, Sue Xxx

Were you typing the code into the search box on the main page, or into Quickshop?

It only works through Quickshop - if the code deosn't work in there, then the item isn't in the sale

To those who said Next told them they cannot see orders on screen until the next day ..

Well last night i got a 5.30-6.00pm slot and ordered all my stuff then reaslised i was £8 over my credit limit ..

Next can be !!!! bags (for want of a better word) for not delivering things if your over your limit or didnt pay your balance ontime (whoops) so i rang them straight away and the girl on the phone said that my order had been passed to the warehouse and would be processed...

So they can tell you if your order is being honoured but not sure if they can tell you what items because i didnt ask!! xx

Just a BIG thanks to everyone who put codes and links on this site - managed to order whole new wardrobes for my DDs and a few things for Hubby to keep him quiet.

I didnt get a email confirmation but phoned the CS and they confirmed order gone through and then got email 5 mins later.

My account balance also changed this morning so it looks like some of things havent gone through despite the confirmation.

This is really weird however it could have something to do with the fact that I used a slot posted here.

I called cust services and they say I should get all the items there may be a problem with their system such that they cannot see everything. I will have to wait a few days but I should get everything.

So not much you can do really but wait.
