ive gone and ordered the same t shirt twice for my little boy when i did this mornings order! arghhh. And i forgot to order this other top i wanted for him, dont suppose i would be able to order him it on another time slot and ring next to ask for one of the delivery fees back?!
did someone mention this was possible and they would only charge one lot of delivery per day regardless of how many orders i put through?0 -

Took ages as you have to tell them all the item codes that you are keeping, keep delivery notes and mark which items you are keeping0 -
ordered under sale price on tuesday , all turned up and all items were at sale price .Thanks to the guys who put up the codes0

Sooooo frustrated!
I placed an order last between 7 - 7.30 during my VIP slot and luckily all that I wanted was in stock. The order said confirmed yet I am still to receive my confirmation email and my account balance is still showing as zero
Rang customer services and was told that they cannot see any orders on their system until 1 working day after an order has been placed and the cut off time is 5pm, so I now have to wait until tomorrow to see if my order will be fulfilled or not.
I also spoke to their internet department and they told me that I would have to wait 48 hours before any order shows on their system and despite my objections I was informed that nobody would be able to tell me if my order was successful or not. If it isn't then they will take my order again over the phone tomorrow????!!!!
I am not holding out much hope that what I wanted to order will still be in stock tomorrow :mad:
Next customer service is really poor during Sale time. Now I just have to wait and hope that I get my order...
This is exactly the same as my situation only i did it over the phone as my vip link wouldnt work, ive rang them three times as it first it went through full price, now they saying i have to wait as its not even showing - ive had no confirmation emailI will be so annoyed if it doesnt work after all of this.

I have just phoned their internet customer service line again and spoke to a very helpful man, who put me through to one of his colleagues. She checked my order for me and told me that only one pair of trousers had registered on their system from my order last night. God knows what happened to the other 18 items that I ordered????
The lady then put me through to their priority sales line and I gave the remaining items on my list over the phone. Luckily everything bar 2 things were still in stock.
If I were you I would insist on ordering your items again. You can easily just send any duplicated items back. Better to have too many items than none. The first man I spoke to in their customer services even told me to do this!

I placed an order last night, received the confirmation email within minutes and my account was deducted. Now when i go in this morning my account is back up to what it was but i dont have any mails saying its cancelled or anything. Oh dear whats happened??!0
