Using my link click on it and it will bring up my VIP slot, enter all your details - ie acc. no / DOB / Postcode and inthe password box just type anything....it will come up with invalid, keeping on that page go to the bottom and click on my account (really small at the bottom of the page (after you've entered your details and it will automatically open your account....go to quickshop and type in item number replacing the last 3 digits with gv5. HTH but make sure it is the sale price!

Hello, This is what has happened to me. I done an order last night through somebody else's slot. Everything came up as full price with the words SALE PRICE underneath. I rang next after putting the order through and they said to ring when I receive the items and they will amend the price on my account. They have made a note an my account detailing my initial call.

Was it very stright forward to get your prices amended?

put in any password, it won't let ya in but click underneath on my account & away you go!

Also the last 3 digits on the product code are GV5
