I made a vip order last night at 5.15 over the phone as the link wouoldnt work and now my balance has gone back to what it was!!! it better not have not tracked. i have no confirmation mail!

seems to me the genuine vips are being messed around and every1 else is being succesful with their orders. next need to sort themselves out

Just got my stuff that I ordered on Tuesday all at sale price too. However I worked off of the sale list so am a bit disappointed to find that some of the stuff I've received is maternity, and petite although it didn't say that on the sale listing. Also I've received a pair of size 14L black trousers which in fact should be a size 12 blue top..hmmm. When could I take this stuff back. So out of all the things I've ordered I'm keeping about 10!

Ditto here, its a bi-annual ritual with my friend and also you can't order the towel bales online despite them being on the list. I always go straight to homeware at 5am!

I ordered all of my items on TUESDAY - 24 hours before the VIP slots opened.
I would just like to point out that although I ordered 'early' my VIP slot was for 5.00pm yesterday ( one of the first slots ) so I don't feel I 'pushed in' as I would probably have got all my items anyway.

Trouble now is everything fits and ( in my opinion ) looks good aaarrrggghhh gonna have to keep it all!!!!!

As regards to credit limits changing overnight - my order was within my designated vip slot so don't think that has anything to do with it.

Who knows!!!!!!
