To the posters on the previous page re credit limits - mine has done the same too.

I ordered £700 then £200 worth of stuff, much of which will go back as ordered so much for sizing for both my daughter and I (such a difficult family!!!!). WOnder if they are refusing my order for some strange reason i.e. obvious I have ordered several sizes of many things??????

Starting to panic about physically returning the stuff not required.

Q's

1. As i am away for a few days, when I get back I will need to try on and return within 1-2days to be ithin the 10 day period - should I be returning via the store?

2. Is it credited to your account quicker if returned via store?

placed vip order over phone as vip link wouldnt work. then had to reorder over the phone again when i realised it handt gone through

but there was more taken out of my credit limit last night than there is today. been on phone half hr on hold passed here n there doing my head in

I made an order £130 last night but now my account says
BALANCE Current Balance : £0.00 Returns Value Since Last Statement : £0.00 Your Remaining Credit : £0.00

Hi, I wouldn't worry too much about your remaining balance etc. You are only billed for items once they are dispatched so my guess is that the system doesn't update until your items are picked and sent, which should be in the next few days.

I am sure they won't cancel orders, it would be too much hassle for them and at the end of the day the stuff would have been that price anyway, we are just getting a couple of days early.

I don't think too many of us should be phoning etc as that might highlight the glitch and ruin it for others, just sit tight for a couple of days, i am sure we will get our stuff.

When you return stuff it is always quicker via the store. They will not accept refunds when it starts on Saturday so might have to wait until early next week to return. Even if you go over the 10days it will be credited on your account when you return it against your purchase so you don't have to pay for it.

mine says something similar dont worry as long as you have the confirmation email like i do im sure it will have gone through.
