I am in my slot but everything is coming up as full price but with Sale price written underneath.....what do I do?

Did you click on your VIP link and enter your password ?

Have you tried clearing your internet cache and starting again ? (delete browsing history for ie7)

Try phoning your order in ?

hi,
can anyone shed some light on credit limits, i checked my limit last night after placing my order and it went from 3,077 to 2,700,checked it again this morning and its gone back up to 3,000 plus????? im confused,do you think my limit has been upped or is it that my orders havent gone through,please help,

Just checked mine too and I have the same. I had confirmation email last night so fingers crossed.
